So I call back Tuesday at closing and still no update just one thing after another the. I was told they would get it in the bay the next day which would have been Wednesday the 5 of Aug so I drive by after and my truck is still sitting in the same exact spot. I give them a couple more days out of respect because I understand work can get busy. So I call back up there on Thursday the 13 since my truck has not moved once and told them I would come pick it up and they said on no we will get it pulled in today so what do I do when I get off drive by and see once again another lie. My truck was at this shop for 20 days and not one time did it ever make it in the doors like I was told. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I wanted to share my experience so others know what to look out for before purchasing a vehicle…read morefrom this dealership. I purchased a vehicle that had previously been used as a courtesy vehicle. During the buying process, the salesperson was courteous, but there was very little willingness to negotiate on the price, which was disappointing considering the vehicle's prior use. Almost immediately after taking the car home, I noticed condensation in both of the tail lights. The dealership did replace the tail lights, but unfortunately, that repair created even more damage. The technician damaged the vehicle during the replacement, requiring me to bring the car back for bodywork. When I picked the car up after the repairs, it had a strong odor inside that wasn't there before. It also hadn't been properly detailed. there were still markings left on the vehicle from the repair process. Wouldn't you think after all the inconveniences, they would at the very least DETAIL THE CAR? To make matters worse, the trunk was no longer aligned correctly and now makes a noticeable noise every time it is opened or closed. While I appreciate that the dealership attempted to address some of the issues, it was frustrating to have one repair lead to problem after problem. Buying a vehicle should be an exciting experience, not one that requires multiple return visits to fix new issues caused during previous repairs! Because of my experience, I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership, nor would I recommend it to friends or family. I encourage anyone considering buying here to inspect their vehicle thoroughly before taking delivery and to carefully check the quality of any repairs before leaving. I hope sharing my experience helps others make a well-informed decision.

Totally unplanned super painful and of course more expense than I ever expected. The team at Decatur tire not only sold me great tires they comforted me in a time of great stress! Good tiers are never cheap but even when there was a minor upsell on a tire they gave me clear and good advice to stay wit the cheaper tire. I love transparent advice!

Stephen and his team did an excellent job…read more I had a check engine light come on, and they were the only shop in town who could even see me this week. I had already taken my car to the Auto Zone and knew the problem... everyone else said they had to do their own diagnostic ($165.00). Stephen had to do their own diagnostic as well, but they were confirming... not just taking a free shot...and he said the price goes toward the fix. They had the car ready within 24 hours, and called me. When I drove out of the shop, the check engine light was on. They took the car back, and Stephen knew immediately what the problem was. They had replaced the sensor (the inexpensive fix), and the light had turned off. Once on the highway, and the light came back on, Stephen immediately knew it was the other (more expensive) sensor, and only charged me the difference. The fact they tried to save me money, and immediately knew the problem... and could easily explain it to me... makes this a 5 Star review. There's another YELP review about how they didn't fix someone's car the first time... I don't feel that was my experience. New cars and computers are finicky. In a small town, you don't build a 5 Star reputation by taking advantage of people. I will be back! 5 Stars
