They were able to balance my tires, but once I was pulling out out of their driveway, my tires were grinding, sounded like the brake pad dust covers or I couldn't tell you what it was because I'm no mechanic. The worker didn't want to stay and fix it because he had practice the manager came out, lifted up my truck and told me it was another part that was broken then maybe the dealer messed up on I double checked it. The dealer replaced the wheel bearing prior. There was no issues brought my truck back to LA tires the next day to see if they can help me fix it. The worker just looked at me and laughed and said that Manager already told me what it was. I talked to the manager. He came out. He tried to fix it. He told me it was done and ready to go. Pulling out of the driveway the noise got quieter, but I could still hear the clicking when I'm driving and now I'm just noticing at home I am missing the front left hubcap. I called and they don't wanna do anything to help replace or find it. And they stated in a review before they don't like to lick you in the eyes or talk to you like a man. I will never go the cheaper route again.

Selling a plugged tire without disclosure is completely unacceptable. When I called to request an exchange for a tire without a plug, they refused and only offered to repair it. I didn't want a repair--I wanted what I paid for: a safe, used tire without prior damage. This response showed a complete lack of customer service and accountability. I will not buy from LA Tires again, nor will I recommend them. Warning to other customers: inspect your tires carefully before leaving, because they may sell you tires with undisclosed repairs. A messy place for simple things. Went for an oil change because I found some coupons online. The…read moregreeter wasn't sure which oil my car needs and asked someone else and they said only the 2 expensive ones can do. During the oil change, they asked if I wanted to pay them $10 to clean corrosion off my battery, after I declined, they said my battery was bad and need $200+ for replacement. They showed me a battery test receipt with 77% battery health and said they will put that I declined on their record. I have prorated battery warranty at another place, so I'll go check the battery out there. They also didn't replace my oil filter because they said it looked new but asked me to change my cabin air filter for $60. Their sticker on my windshield is also showing plate numbers of another car, so not sure my address and phone number etc that they took went to the right record. My warning light also came on the same afternoon, so I'll have to go figure out what that is about, probably at another place too. The upside is that it was quick for the oil change, took about 15 minutes.
