I was seated right away and I told the lady that I preferred wax. She talked me into threading and promised the process would be painless with her - to give her a chance. Boy am I happy I did! Not only was this threading the least painful and bothersome I've ever had, the lady doing my brows was very skilled and moved very swiftly. When she finished and I looked in the mirror, I was so blown away by the shape of my eyebrows! I have pretty shapeless eyebrows; they grow completely straight. My face instantly reappeared from behind my bushy eyebrows and I became a threading believer. The pictures do the shape no justice. I came back to Get Brows on a Saturday and, although super busy, they were able to attend to everyone in a timely manner. My eyebrows didn't come out as amazing as they did the first time I came but they still look great. Definitely my new spot for eyebrows. I may even try a different service next time.

It's a little run down, the chairs are stained and the walls are peeling, but you could tell that it was made with the intention of being a girl's escape to beauty. My nail tech was very kind, not too quiet and not too talkative - which I liked! I was offered Cuban coffee by another employee almost immediately after sitting down. My nail tech did a great job removing cuticles and shaping my nails and better than my hands are my feet! I have pretty girl feet! I got gel done for the first time and I'm glad I did! The shape is perfect and she even clipped little hairs from my toes to make sure the look was perfect. They give you a punch card and after 10 services you get a free one (I think gel manicure but I have to look again). Regardless, it's a nice touch!

To make matters worse, the gel began lifting less than two hours after I left. Within 48 hours, the polish completely peeled off four fingers. I returned three days later and discovered they used a soft gel adhesive instead of builder gel, yet still charged me as if they did. This salon, Pink Dream Nails and Beauty, literally has its own custom-branded bottle of builder gel with the salon name on it, yet they still chose to use something completely different on me. When I requested a refund for this botched service, the owner lied to me for three weeks. She repeatedly claimed she had already processed it. Nothing showed up on my AMEX. Today (May 26), after I called five times, she finally sent a receipt. She explicitly processed it at 12:50 PM. Exactly six minutes after my first call of the day. They will gladly take your money for untrained services and wrong products, then dodge your calls to avoid giving it back. Avoid this salon!!!!!!

After the brief consult, etc. etc., the massage began 10 minutes after my scheduled time. Although the massage was fine/average, when she finished and I looked at my phone before leaving the room, the massage was less than 40 minutes. I scheduled a 60-minute massage which should be approx. 50 minutes. I do not recommend this location. This is unacceptable. I called this location a few times the following days hoping to speak to a manager to no avail.
