They will confirm something over the phone and then say something else when you arrive. They will try to up sell you services you don't really need and sometimes even do a service (example: you ask for hybrid and they do volume and now you have to pay volume...but you didn't book or ask for volume lashes), they will not place lashes in each lash. No not because your lash is in it's growth phase; because most of the techs want to rush but still get paid and tipped. They will eat while they service you. They will stop to go on their phones and make phone calls even during your service. They might even step out to handle the call. Or have you wait as they finish their conversation with someone else. Or even use my shoulder as a phone stand. I had tried my best to be understanding, we're all human. But no, I had it when I called to confirm my appointment with a new lash tech and they confirmed it over the phone but when I got there she wasn't even there and they didn't know when she'd be back. I then had to do my lashes with someone else. Who did a horrible job. The worst retention of the 5+ years I've been doing lashes I've seen in my life. And she tried to up sell me also even after I told her I was getting to my breaking point with this business. I drive 40 minutes to get here because I had read good things and tried them out and then simply just thought "oh well maybe it's this tech. I'll try another" no. They're all an issue. Yvette will not let you peacefully enjoy your service, it's always something (talking, eating, stepping away) Kellie does great lashes but her hybrids clearly don't look like hybrids when you fill them properly and she will do a volume set on you after trying to push volume on you multiple times and then when you ask why it's being charged as volume "that's the look you described to me" will be the outcome. Anita was polite and sweet but I did have lashes stuck together and..that's the whole point I'm paying is for quality lashes Kiriat is new, I can tell. Had never seen her before and after I HAD to get my lashes done with her because I drove and called to ensure my lash lady was there but she was not and ended up having to go to her and expressed my experience with her and the receptionist who messed up the appointment- still tried to up sell me to do a removal and a full set. On my 2 week fill. Took forever and the retention was horrible. The Dr. with the injections. I tried to book an appointment. They called me to confirm I was coming in the same day. And then called me shortly after to say they have to cancel and reschedule and it would have to be the following Friday. A whole week later because the lady is only there on Fridays. Right after confirming in the previous call. I can go on and on about experiences. But I mostly would go here every 2 weeks for a year and I can literally say 1/2 appointments a month would always be a mess. I tried every tech in there. They all aren't worth it. If THEY mess your service up or your appointment up they WILL NOT credit, refund, gift, etc. Nothing. Literally nothing. Not even the bare minimum. They will simply apologize and flat out act like they didn't mess anything up. The receptionist now is also horrible, I wish I had her name to add to the review but she was the one that also confirmed my appt was with the new Russian tech I actually was able to meet once and liked and then when I got there the lady was not there. In fact, she hasn't returned. And I honestly do not blame her as I never will be either. :) This beauty bar clearly makes money because of new clients, not returning clients. I hope this review helps anyone else avoid the waste of time and money they have cost me so often and I can only imagine if I've experienced it this often; how many other stories there are.

She is very knowledgeable on not just the technique but on what suits your face , your eyes. She asked me about what I liked and what I normally had done etc and that made me that much more excited because I love when there is a relationship like that with your stylist because they are really getting to know your preferences. They have a wide selection of lash technicians so unlike smaller locations or going to an independent person, if your lash technician isn't available, you can see someone else and you don't need to have your extensions removed and redone all over like when you change places, they usually won't do your extensions over someone else's work. They have a great package deal - if you pay for 5 refills upfront, it's $200 - you're welcome ;) They backup their work so if you notice a huge loss in lashes within the first few days, they will let you come back immediately to fix them. They have a forever client over here and highly recommend this place especially if you are looking for affordable lash extensions.

She also has a very soothing voice lol which may not seem important, but it is when you're laying there for an hour and someone is speaking close to your face. It then redirected me to the instagram page. And as I toggled between the website and the instagram page, something told me to just do it. I think the transparency and the ease of online consultation request helped give me the courage to go for it. I sent the photos of my brows and requested to see Yan and like not even 5 minutes, I received a call and a text from Elizabeth and the rest was history. I booked for an appointment with her brow technician, Yan, because booking the owner herself is like VIP. I researched Yan's page and I was very impressed. I looked forward to my appointment. The entire experience, from start to finish, was great. The first time I spoke with Elizabeth, I immediately felt her positive energy and she assured me that my concerns especially with the pain and healing process. It was like talking to a friend so is just as excited as I was to be doing this for myself. On the day of my appointment, I met Yan and I loved him instantly. He spoke little English but he tried and Elizabeth was there to translate every step. Yan's hands were light, gently and graceful. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and at the end, I got exactly what I wanted. I wanted a more natural, airy individual hair line look, not the outlined and filled out look. I was sent home with a home care kit. And as soon as I got home, my mom was sold! I scheduled her appointment around the same time of my 6 weeks touch up. And Yan took extra care of her because her pain tolerance was a lot less and he was applying that numbing cream for her. It's been about a year and I still can't believe I waited this long to do this for myself. Yan is unfortunately no longer there. But this experience had been so great and I would encourage you to give it a try. Elizabeth's establishment is beautiful, clean, minimal and sleek. I brought my son and he comfortably waited for me at her beautiful waiting area. I don't give out many 5s but this experience deserves it.
