I've been going to this spot for over a year and I have been so satisfied with the amazing attention to detail Amberys has for brows at such an affordable price. She keeps your natural shape but honestly does the best job on brows I have ever experienced. I went yesterday for the first time since the pandemic allowed for salons to reopen and I was so impressed. What has changed: * you must make and pre pay for your appointment in advance * no one but you and amnerys are in the salon at a time and she lets you in, opens the door and has no other clients or staff inside while you're there. * you must wear a mask. She is also wearing a mask. What has not changed: * amazing service and beautiful brows! If you haven't been to my brow doctor I encourage you to give her a try. She is simply AMAZING!

There are two locations, but I go to the Kendall one since it's close to my apartment. Plenty of parking available since it's located in the plaza where the movie theater is. Making an appointment online is convenient and they have a lot of time slots. Paying by card will cost you a fee so to avoid that fee, you would need to bring cash. Eyebrow threading will cost $11. I usually leave it up to them to shape my eyebrows because they know what would look best for my face shape. I always leave satisfied by the eyebrow shape they threaded. However, I do notice that there are a few hairs that I would need to clean up myself when I get home. Overall, I will keep coming here. Maybe next time I will tell them to clean it up a bit more.

I was seated right away and I told the lady that I preferred wax. She talked me into threading and promised the process would be painless with her - to give her a chance. Boy am I happy I did! Not only was this threading the least painful and bothersome I've ever had, the lady doing my brows was very skilled and moved very swiftly. When she finished and I looked in the mirror, I was so blown away by the shape of my eyebrows! I have pretty shapeless eyebrows; they grow completely straight. My face instantly reappeared from behind my bushy eyebrows and I became a threading believer. The pictures do the shape no justice. I came back to Get Brows on a Saturday and, although super busy, they were able to attend to everyone in a timely manner. My eyebrows didn't come out as amazing as they did the first time I came but they still look great. Definitely my new spot for eyebrows. I may even try a different service next time.

It then redirected me to the instagram page. And as I toggled between the website and the instagram page, something told me to just do it. I think the transparency and the ease of online consultation request helped give me the courage to go for it. I sent the photos of my brows and requested to see Yan and like not even 5 minutes, I received a call and a text from Elizabeth and the rest was history. I booked for an appointment with her brow technician, Yan, because booking the owner herself is like VIP. I researched Yan's page and I was very impressed. I looked forward to my appointment. The entire experience, from start to finish, was great. The first time I spoke with Elizabeth, I immediately felt her positive energy and she assured me that my concerns especially with the pain and healing process. It was like talking to a friend so is just as excited as I was to be doing this for myself. On the day of my appointment, I met Yan and I loved him instantly. He spoke little English but he tried and Elizabeth was there to translate every step. Yan's hands were light, gently and graceful. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and at the end, I got exactly what I wanted. I wanted a more natural, airy individual hair line look, not the outlined and filled out look. I was sent home with a home care kit. And as soon as I got home, my mom was sold! I scheduled her appointment around the same time of my 6 weeks touch up. And Yan took extra care of her because her pain tolerance was a lot less and he was applying that numbing cream for her. It's been about a year and I still can't believe I waited this long to do this for myself. Yan is unfortunately no longer there. But this experience had been so great and I would encourage you to give it a try. Elizabeth's establishment is beautiful, clean, minimal and sleek. I brought my son and he comfortably waited for me at her beautiful waiting area. I don't give out many 5s but this experience deserves it.
