Before I wrote a review for this place, I wanted to make sure it was consistent. I've been a client of theirs for almost 3 years. It all started with a Groupon and haven't gone to another place. They have a wide selection of lash technicians so unlike smaller locations or going to an independent person, if your lash technician isn't available, you can see someone else and you don't need to have your extensions removed and redone all over like when you change places, they usually won't do your extensions over someone else's work. They have a great package deal - if you pay for 5 refills upfront, it's $200 - you're welcome ;) They backup their work so if you notice a huge loss in lashes within the first few days, they will let you come back immediately to fix them. They have a forever client over here and highly recommend this place especially if you are looking for affordable lash extensions. read more

I have never had such an awful experience after getting my lashes done. Please be careful where you get your lashes done as they can really harm your real lashes. I had ALOT of my real lashes DAMAGED AND FALL OFF because of the poor isolation and too much glue used while doing my lashes. If you actually went to school and know anything about applying lashes you should know applying a lash with a lot of glue and to multiple lashes will strip and damage real lashes!!!!! I explained this to the manager sent a pic and I asked for a refund they told me they couldn't give me one. And told me to go back to fix it. DO YOU REALLY THINK ID TRUST THEM AGAIN WITH MY EYES? I had many sleep less nights because not only was the glue awful and chunky but there was also glue on my eye lid dried out poking my eye all night. STAY AWAY I HAVE GAPS IN MY EYE OF MISSING LASHES. I am rating this business 4 instead of 5 stars based on the appearance inside and out of the establishment, as it is in need of some TLC. The services that I received here however more than exceeded my expectations. I waited a little while to write my review about this place. A few other yelpers said they weren't satisfied or that their eyelash extensions were virtually gone after a week. However, this was not the case for me. I am writing this review on day 5 with a set of nice full lashes still in tact. Also, how full your lashes are after a week will depend on extenuating circumstances i.e. your lash care and how often your body naturally sheds it's lash. Ana did my extensions and she was knowledgable, easy going and professional which made the experience very relaxing. The process takes about a full hour and you can choose how you would like your lashes to look, ranging from natural to a very over-dramatic look. If you knew me you would know that of course I went for the over-dramatic look lol. I found this business via groupon and am very satisfied with this experience. I have been coming here for almost a year although a had to take a couple months break due to covid. A first glance this place may seem iffy because the place is located in an older building but don't worry, once you get instead, the place is very clean. So far, every employee that I have come into contact with is very friendly. They have great customer service. I first found this place through groupon. Definitely check out groupon because majority of the time, they have a coupon with a lot of savings! My lash technician is Michelina. She is very nice and welcoming. I didn't know anything about curls and length size when I first came in and she helped me through the process. Her work is great and I have not been disappointed. You will not regret going to her! I definitely recommend booking your appointments online for refills because you can save extra money and it's easier to see what days and times are available. The first time you get lashes, it takes about 2 hours for a full set but every refill after is around 1 hour. They will send you a text to remind you of your appointment before. They have taken safely precaution for covid. You will have to text them when you arrive to your appointment and they will let you know when to come it. They check your temperature and spray your shoes with alcohol. Overall, I really recommend checking this place out! So far, I have really enjoyed coming her! read more

So I decided to give this place a try after I had a bad experience a few years ago and oh boy i don't think they have improved after all this years ... I went in because they had their special 2x1 for first time clients (I got the offer once again after years of not going) and honestly I thought I was going in for a steal but I was very very wrong ... so when you get there the lash artists (the one that I got assigned) for some reason was in a rush both times he/she had to see me ... it was very very rush and also normally they are supposed to clean up your eyelid so the eyelash extensions stay longer they don't even do that , they go straight up to putting them with glue and then you get out ... honestly you think the lashes might stay longer than a week but after a few days they look like you had them for a month and do the proper maintaining and procedures you should do with lashes ... also the second time I went in I upgraded the lashes to try something different and I have to say no matter what lashes you get they all suck because they don't do proper application ... other eyelash extensions I had with other artists in other studios take their time to work with you ... also I never had my lashes falling into HUGE clumps ... I look like crazy with gaps in my lashes but this is what I paid for :( just a heads up to any person out there who likes to invest in quality ... Unlike the reviewers below I had a very positive experience today at iLash and Skincare and always want to give credit where credit is due! I had a groupon for the full set and refill and was able to easily book appointment same day over the phone. The young man who answered the phone was very professional. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by the staff and asked to sign a quick waiver. My lash tech Miriela was very gentle and took her time to make sure every lash was perfectly placed. I'm a regular and unfortunately my lash technician moved out of state, I have hopped around to multiple lash technicians and 4 out of are not good. Technician named Marta- my lashes literally fell off right afterwards, idk what she did with the glue situation. Carlos- decent but the way the lashes grow after he applies are not good, Beth- poked my eye like 3 times and kept glueing and removing lashes. The technicians need to keep in mind the experience is a big part of the service. I'm giving 4 stars because of the secretaries and prices, but the technicians need more training. I purchased their Groupon deal and decided to have the fake lashes applied for a wedding I was a part of. Made my appointment for the Thursday before the wedding. I wasn't too amazed by the job that had been done, I've seen much better eyelashes but still gave the guy a decent tip because he was very kind. I've gone twice to this place. The quality of the lashes was good the first time but the second time they felt synthetic. The person in the front desk who I think is the owner is a very rude guy. I should have listened to the reviews. It's a little rinky dink factory. I met a girl that worked there and she told me some real sketchy stuff. They use glue with formaldehyde which is why your eyes burn so much while and after they ay the lashes. My lashes were off within 5 days and they were all going in different directions. I was extremely unsatisfied. When you go to a place that does a good job and uses superior quality, you will see the difference. I booked a lash extension treatment from groupon and was a little nervous about how service would be. They were extremely helpful when I booked my appointment , telling me I could use the salon parking spot and made me feel comfortable. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving and the salon was light and airy, wood floors and high ceilings with lots of light and a clean fresh smell. My lashes were applied by Jordan and I was extremely comfortable , he was easy to talk to, the bed was soft and I was soothed by his careful application. I'd asked for dramatic lashes and we went for the Kim K look with sweeping lashes with cats eye corners. He gave me details on aftercare -refills should be at around 3 weeks and after care instructions. My lashes looked great and I was told they should last for 6-8 weeks. Update : after five days I have almost no lashes left despite following all instructions. They looked great at the time but disappointed they haven't stayed in longer. First time here and I loved it! I had my facial done with Samantha and I absolutely loved her! She took her time and took out every extraction she possibly could. She would sneak in some nice relaxing massages in between treatments or during mask treatments. She was absolutely amazing and very relaxing. I read the mixed reviews and decided to give this place a chance since the intro offer was $70. Well, you pay for what you get... I have done my lashes several times in the last few years and they usually last about 2-3 weeks before needing a fill. I'm at 4 days and it looks like I'm beyond needing a fill. I'm not surprised tho because I had a full set of lashes placed in 45 min! I'm my experience, a new set of lashes takes at least an hour and a half and mine were placed in 45 min. The lash tech was nice but went straight to her next client so I'm assuming they only give them an hour per client? Got the Groupon for lash extensions with a refill in 3 weeks for $75. Was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and waited about 10 min to be seen once arriving at the appointment. The place is clean and professional looking, not exactly a 5 star spa but still ok. My technician was very friendly and asked me for the length and thickness of lashes I wanted, as well as recommending to me what she thought would look best. I love the outcome, my lashes look very long and pretty. Only downside was that the glue they used could be a little less harsh on the eyes. Where do I even start. So I came in for lash extensions I had purchased through Groupon. Long story short it was fine. A few days later my lashes started to fall out. I had literally zero eyelashes 3 weeks post getting them done so I called to see if I could get it again because I couldn't walk around without any eyelashes. Besides that here is why this is probably the worst small business in the Miami area. 1. No one answers the phone. 2.The owner was extremely rude and barely speaks English so it was extremely hard to understand him. 3. When he started being really rude I stated, "Now I know why your reviews on Yelp are so bad." And he threatened to call the police on me. He then said she didn't give a blank about what people on Yelp had to say. Idk about you but I would be freaking if my company had horrible reviews on Yelp. So clearly this guy also needs a quick lesson on First Amendment rights. 4. Very unorganized and awful customer service. All in all, you're beautiful and you don't need fake lashes from these frauds. Honestly buying a pack of fake lashes from CVS would look better than this. Do not recommend going here and it's probably not a good sign if a company has a groupon significantly cheaper than the others. I bought a Groupon from this place. I thought maybe I buy the one that not only included the first application but also a refill for 70 dollars. I got there about 15 minutes earlier since they made this whole deal about having to be there 10 minutes earlier because I needed to fill out some paper work. I got there at 9:45 for a 10 o'clock appointment on a Saturday morning and no one was there till exactly 10. All fine and dandy I'm usually early to tons of things so I didn't mind. What I did mind was that the person doing my eyelashes didn't get in till about 10:20 and no one really acknowledged to me that my technician was running late. Look from what I got the place is owned by a husband and wife, meaning its a mom and pop shop, so they do as they please. They carried on with personal conversations from her son not spending the night at their house and something about him and the receptionist?? To laughing about a table placed in the middle of the room that aperantly a customer complained about because they tripped over it, and about how stupid she must be for not seing it. I felt ackward. The place does not necessarily scream spa either. I definitely won't be going back. So the application, the technician was nice enough, easy to talk to, I was definitely comfortable the whole time. When I got a chance to look in the mirror I can't say that i loved them, they didn't really look "Natural" I also noticed a few lashes were placed on my actual lid and had to ask her to remove them and fix a few gaps she left. She put on her glasses which I also noticed she probaly wasnt wearing during the application because her reaching for them was like a foreign movement to me. She did notice that they were indeed on the lid and "fixed" it by taking them out and than I had to ask for her to please fix the gap that left. Anyways the owner walked in and just gave her "a look" the kind I give my two year old. Turns out she was running 20 minutes behind and someone was waiting for her. I don't see how that would be weird since she did arrive 20 minutes later to start but I guess they thought she was taking too long with me?? I have never gotten individual lashes put on before, I asked if these lashes were uncomfortable because I had put on "invididual" lashes that come in clusters before and hated them because they were so unconfortable. I didnt think these felt any different, I couldn't sleep with them. I'm pretty active and swimming with these on I know would be a nightmare I wouldn't try because just showering with them was uncomfortable, try washing your face twice a day. I bought this face soap she recomened to me so that they would last BTW the soap was not from the shop. It didn't matter because they starred falling off the next day. And that whole your own growth cycle for these many lashes falling out is bologne because like 99 percent of the time the ones that fell were the ones that began to lay sideways and when I did get climpes of the actual lashes after they fallen they werent attached to any of mine. The best thing about them falling off was that they became bearable to wear. Too bad most if not all the ones that stayed on also began to lay sideways, that was really the worst part! The reality is that they told me all this could happen and all the things that could happened happen, and I never tried to call and see if they could fix it. Honestly thinking about the discomfort I felt having them I didnt want to call. In the end my lashes were so ackward and the ones that wanted to stay boy did they stay. After a week and a half I was much more interested in conditioning my lashes with oil to take them out. I actually cut a few off! I have to agree with other reviewers that say the quality is not good. Maybe they use lower quality on Groupon holders? If you do go the Groupon is probably not your safe bet but if you were to pay full price why not go to a spa and business that will make you feel like you're in a spa. They text you the day before your next appointment and you have to confirm or cancel or they charge you 15 dollars I confirmed with "please cancel my appointment, thank you" and didn't receive any signs of whether or not they are aware that I didn't plan on ever going back to use the other portion of the groupon. Do yourself a favor and don't buy the Groupon it seems to me that with that they can cast a wider net and get customers in and make their money but they are not worried about the services they are providing to their clients. read more

My twin sister and I have been going here since about February 2015 and we both love it! I've recommended friends and family and everyone has had a positive experiences. Even out of towners have gone here while visiting me in Miami and then they return home and have a hard time finding a place comparable! I have early mornings and long days. The last thing I want to do at 6am is put on loads of mascara. Getting my lashes done every 3 weeks is a time saver and honestly I can't imagine going back to my old morning routine! The lashes last as long as your own natural lash cycle. You can't expect them to be glamorous and last 6 plus weeks because your own lash cycle does not last that long! The extensions fall out with your own lashes. Normally I go about 4 weeks but it ranges from 3 to 5! In regards to customer service, they are awesome! My sister and I are notorious for trying to change appointment times and calling/texting (they have some computer program that allows you to text them FYI - shoutout to Miguel for dealing with us) and we bug them and they are always kind, courteous, and accommodating to us! Every technician I've had has been great. Real talk, I have noticed some are better than others but I think it's more of a personal preference! My sister and I do have our personal faves that we always try to schedule with. However my lips are sealed as to what her name is as I don't want to never get an appointment with her again, haha! Overall, if you're looking for lash extensions, this is the place to go.
