The girl who did my lashes was named Dominique, not sure if she was inexperienced or what it was but I had to call and message multiple times to finally get a refund because my lashes fell off in 3 days. I didn't wet them for 24 hours or anything. Kept finding lashes on me, my pillow, clothes, everything. That's how fast they fell. Very disappointed because I was only in Miami for the weekend and I spend over 2.5 hours getting them done, should've been the first hint something was right. I would avoid this place. Two pictures are what they looked like day of, one picture was after a few days. Got it done on a Friday, lost nearly everything by Tuesday. read more

BEST of Miami (and arguably anywhere!). I have been getting my lash extensions and lash lifts at Lash Society for ~4 years now. My lashes consistently look fabulous, yet so natural. I have had several people compliment me on how natural they look, and people even believe they are my own lashes. I trust Melina and the team to take the best care of my eyelashes, and I would not go anywhere else. The money is worth it, the lashes last me 3-4 weeks for extensions, and 5-6 weeks for lash lifts. For a busy medical student like myself, the convenience of waking up with beautiful lashes and not having to put on any eye makeup to brighten up my face (because the lashes do it for me) is WORTH IT. I leave every appointment feeling like the most beautiful version of myself. Not to mention, the team has such great energy and is so friendly, I genuinely enjoy coming in to see them. Booking appointments is easy, and I am always able to find a time that works best for me. The studio is also cute and very welcoming. The parking at the Miami location is street parking in the neighborhood--so it's free and always easy to find a spot right outside the studio. Getting lash extensions is one of those things that I've been *wanting* to do, but never actually took the initiative. The more I heard about it, the more I was on the fence about it, some people loved it and some warned me that it "ruins your real lashes" so I put that on hold. ANYWAY, fast forward a few months and I stumbled upon Lash Society's IG and loved it. I finally made an appointment and I can't believe I've waited so long to get them done, I LOVED IT! Melina is very sweet and SO funny! Her work is amazing, I love having my lashes pretty and ready to go! I also love how it has made me realize how much I touch my face! It's a terrible habit that I'm now more conscious of. Just went today for the first time as my wedding is coming up and I wanted to give it a try. I did the lash lift & tint and was really nervous because I've seen horror stories online. I'm honestly so happy with the experience and the service. I had Lauren and she was extremely attentive, detailed and caring. My eyes are really sensitive and water a lot for any little thing. The process did burn a little but she warned me and made sure the fan them which really helped. Everyone in the salon was super nice and friendly, appts were really easy to book and plenty of street parking. FYI- didn't know if I was in the right place when I first pulled up, it's a house, not a big office business. The owner came right outside to meet me so I wasn't lost. Cannot want to come back and tell my friends. If you're nervous about doing your lashes this place will put your nerves at ease. Everyone really was lovely and my lashes look amazing. read more

Totally shady. Cancelled appt over 48 hours in advance and still got charged the 24 hour cancellation fee. They refused to refund.

Prior to going there I tried a few other places and it really doesn't compare... besides my lashes always looking amazing they are also still healthy after 4 years of continuous lashing! The worst experience. let me start off by saying I didn't even get my lashes and if I could give zero stars I would. this woman falls under the the stereo typical "Miami non-educated yet wildly egotistical" file. I made the appointment on a monday, then the same day of apointment (thursday) shes asks to switch the time because of a "Family Emergency" then texts me later on today (thursday) that she is now able to make the original time 5:30 and gets annoyed when I could no longer make the original time. I call her on the phone to confirm the details because it was unclear if she was trying to cancel me last minute and she had the worst attitude as if she really didn't want to do anyone today.. She starts the call by asking who put on my other lashes in a very uncomfortable way, not knowing that I myself am a beauty professional, cosmetologist and a licensed aesthetician that is certified with extreme lashes and ONLY go to the best. The conversation was extremely awkward and uncomfortable as she proceeded to ask why I was coming to south Miami from Broward to do my lashes.. I literally had to run down my list of errands and explain that I was going to South Miami to a store in that area... and I'm asking myself why am I justifying why am doing this drive shouldn't she want my business????! I I waited all week for our appointment this evening and she very unprofessional he decides to cancel the appointment last minute. typical lazy miami work ethic! which would explain why she only has eight reviews. Do not come here you might just waste a whole week waiting for an appointment to be canceled last minute and be treated terribly. I highly recommend Lash Society!! The first thing I loved about LS was their amazingly convenient online booking tool. Who has time to call and make appointments anymore?? Booking straight from their site, or Instagram is a hugeeee plus. The studio itself is an adorable bungalow-like guesthouse on the side of the owner's house. The decor is super chic and cozy and the candles always smell delicious! (I really felt right at home the first time I went) The lashes are always consistent (no matter the stylist) and long lasting, and most important: natural looking.
