I took a private for my first ever Pilates class, and stephanie decided to personally do the session with me because I had discussed how I had previous sports injuries. On their social media, you'll see all the instructors are constantly learning more to be even better instructors. I am personally a big fan of reformer Pilates so I can only speak to that. But go on their instagram, you'll see all the different Pilates classes they offer, student feedback, and I love how they every now and then do nutrition workshops. Overall this studio is committed to educating their students, and for them their clients a priority. I will never be able to speak highly enough but if you need a Pilates studio THIS IS THE ONE also!
