I stopped going about 3 months. When I returned, I paid the $45 dollar cancelation fee but stopping tipping. Frances was upset and made it very clear on this final visit....Frances did not think I noticed but I did. She hurt my ear rubbing my face really hard. Was roughly running her thumb across my throat and the towels were way too hot. Frances attitude and work was VERY unprofessional. The facial seemed like a deep tissue and was so rough I was awaken by the unpleasant behavior from Frances. At the end she slapped some cream on my face and said "I'll meet you up front" and walked out. Im only leaving this comment because a previous comment was spot on with Frances unprofessional behavior and attitude. Would not recommend Frances for any service offered at this location.

I then sent a message via text. She answered and asked for screenshots which I sent. I never heard back. I've now followed up two more times with zero reply. To be treated this way is unacceptable. I have been a supporter of her business, even referring four clients to her. I love supporting women-owned businesses and believe in referring business; however, I will not be treated poorly by anyone. I'm quite sure her business will go on just fine without me or the 4 people I referred, but she'll never get another nickel of my money. Too many people out here doing this same work for me to put up with this BS. I also put the deposit on my AMEX, so they will make sure I get my money back thank goodness. Never again.
