Initially everything was going good, nice customer service, quick to start the nails. Where it went downhill is the work. It is horrible and especially for $130 in this economy. While getting a pedicure, one of the ladies cut my toe very badly, it's cleaned up in the photo I've attached, however it was bleeding bad in the salon and very painful. I asked for milky white polish on the toes, and well it's plain white.. they also don't paint the full nail. To top it off the lady doing my nails added so many coats of gel polish that the nails were chunky and thick looking. I specifically asked for straight square shape nails, and I would expect them to be nicely shaped for the price. The lady did not even attempt to fix the shape. When it was time to pay I told the man at the counter my concerns and he did not care. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone, save your time and money and go somewhere that does better work. I had to come home and fix my nails shape myself. What a horrible experience for $130. No tip of course with this work.

She repeatedly kept asking me if I wanted gel polish instead, and after I said no, it felt like she became rough and careless with my nails. I still have clear polish left on my skin, my nails are bumpy and streaky, and the white polish looks uneven. I've gotten white nails before many times, and they've never looked like this. The polish has already chipped in multiple places, and some sides of the nails barely even have polish on them. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the pedicure service was wonderful, but the manicure quality was unfortunately less than mediocre.

A lot of times I communicate with the nail tech the look that I want, and they don't understand, and I end up with something I didn't want. I decided to visit this nail salon on a friend's recommendation, and it did not disappoint. I didn't realize all the harmful chemicals that are in traditional nail ingredients until i got to talking to the nail techs as Nail Vibes. They pride themself on using non-toxic products that are free of harmful chemicals commonly found in nail polishes, including dibutyl phthalate (DBP), toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, Ethyl Tosylamide or xylene. They also use Hema-free polishes, HEMA Free gel polishes significantly reduce the risk of allergic reactions and skin sensitivities. Like WOW! I had no idea and the last thing they really care about is having cruelty-free products. yay for animal lovers! They focus on Korean and Japanese nail styles with a commitment to nail health. My friend was telling me they offer Russian-style manicures, and I have never had them before but they sound interesting. She also told me about gel x, which is apparently better and healthier for your nails than traditional nail extensions. Another thing that sets them apart if their dry pedicures; they don't offer the traditional water pedicures because those can increase the chance of infections. Its ok if you get one done every now and then, but I never stopped to think about this kind of thing happening. OK, so i went in with an inspo picture, and it turned out a lot better than what I could have imagined. My nail tech Sela took her time to get all the details right and make sure everything was straight and on point. That set of nails lasted me almost a whole month before I took them off! They never chip or break! Those things were set! They offer you one complimentary drink, and I got the banana matcha I wanna say, it was very yummy. The work stations are very clean because they use fans to catch all the dust and particles that come off when using the drills. This probably stands out to me the most because I cannot tell y'all how many times i gone to a traditional nail salon as is dusty AF lol. Not here, it's very nice, clean, and well-lit. They have Kpop music playing and showing on the TVs. The place is spacious and not huge like other nail places. Jaja ( the owner) has really thought of everything you might need to make your experience with her the best it can be. They have a tray at each nail station for their clients to put their jewelry in. Each station also has a phone stand, and there are even chargers under the stations to charge your phone! I have never been to a nail salon that has all those things! Jaja has done an amazing job in creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The staff is very nice and professional; they really know their stuff. You can do a walk-in in but if you want a specific style or a specific nail tech, you'd better book that appointment because they will be booked. There is plenty of parking space as they are in a strip mall kinda place with a chicken restaurant and a pizza place next to them, so check them out for lunch while you are there. When a service is going to cost $100, I assume that the nail tech knows exactly what they're doing and they're going to do everything to keep the client happy. Instead, she rolled her eyes and then refused to honor a discount that she had initially offered at the beginning of the service. It is really unfair and terrible customer service for the nail techs to treat teenagers badly when their parents are not there. My daughter was not rude, she spoke up and kindly asked her. While this was happening, I was debating on whether I should get a manicure and after asking my tech some questions about the different services they offer, I decided to get Gel-X ($55). This was my first time getting it so found the process very interesting. It requires many steps and the tech took her time, especially shaping the nails that I requested.
