I have had great luck with them until now, last week I spent about 90 dollars, I came back in to purchase some cartridges (for a different ecig) to get my free 100 ml bottle of e-juice, I delt with Austin, I let him know I was $10 away from receiving my juice & needed cartridges, they did not carry the brand of cartridges so I purchased another new e'cig for approximately $40, after I purchased the cig Austin said they were out of 100ml bottles & he could only give me the 60 ml bottle, he would not give me 2 bottles that totaled 100ml because he said it was against policy, so I asked him to keep the new ecig ID just purchased & at that point he said they had no refunds! I'm on a fixed income & didn't appreciate the false advertising I experienced here after spending over $120, I will no longer shop here or refer anyone to this store due to the treatment I received from Austin, who by the way is the manager, he says????? A person who has a stroke it is harder for them to communicate and this toped it off every time this man has served me in the past was not very intentive with us he was scatter brained and was clumsy he has dropped pipes right in front of me andhaned me cracked pipes androled them up in bubble rap anyway and when I've gotten home I would find this has happened and each time I thought it was me but then this time he grabbed the pipes out of a drawer and could hear them clank together with a sould that glas would make as it was being broken he was high as heck and not weed high eather like heroin high he was rude and my wife felt like he was being rude because of her disability. When I poured it out, I noticed its smelled nothing like hemp and also looked nothing like hemp. After further research and discussions with hemp growers, I am more than 90% sure it was synthetic weed. Very unhappy that this is labeled hemp. It's a lie. As someone that struggles with anxiety and uses hemp to cope. This was not ok. I will be sending the remaining product to be tested to know for sure. I also reached out to the company and have not heard anything from them.

You can't go into the store because of COVID-19, so I accepted the box of tubes the clerk handed me. It was a little bent on the end but it didn't look too bad. When I got home I discovered that about 1/2 or 2/3 of the tubes were deformed. Some are salvageable, some are not, but I didn't feel like walking all the way back up there with no idea of what I would get the second time. Guess I'll have to make sure I order enough tubes online to carry me over until the next month.

Today I just folded in having to write a review because they not only questioned the validity of my ID but they tried to keep it. Educate your employees on how to identify fake IDs better or invest in an ID scanner. There's no reason I should have to get in a yelling match with your ignorant employees because they refuse to give me back my ID. If you want to say it's fake and ask me to leave the store that's fine but to go as far and try and keep my ID when I am offering to have the police come and educate you is ridiculous.
