I called and set an appointment over a week and a half in advance. The man tells me that I was ok to attend the 7-10pm 2 day course and provided the location. He explained that it was at 383 Marietta street which was 3-4 min from my home. When I got there, they told me that the class would be in Union City. Almost 35 min from me! I had to take the course at that time as it was already planned out on my schedule. He told me it would take 15 min to get there and to follow him. I followed this man who was speeding down the highway and when I got there, he said we would have made it sooner if I didn't drive so slow... Umm hello??? I drove the speed limit of 65 and was not trying to get a ticket going to defensive driving school!! He was combative and told me that I had a choice to take the class or go home. The actual instructor was nice but it was extremely painful to sit there and listen to him read the whole manual. He literally...Read the pages and it was far from being an interactive course. And his voice was not pleasant to listen too. The video materials used had examples and statistics from 1998 and out of date procedures. On the second day of training, he arrived late while we were all there on time. I was even able to make it on time with the President being in ATL and causing havoc to the traffic. Once again, I had to come down there from the location that I initially signed up for. He arrived, with no apologies, opened up the office and began to start reading the book again after a video. While we were in class, the guy that initially had me drive out there came into the office and started playing music. Regardless of how low it was, it was distracting. After we finished over an hour early, they put on a movie to watch. The put on the un-edited version of "Friday", with all of the curse words and racial terms being used. I found that to be ironic being that the entire office and classroom is covered in religious verses. I felt uncomfortable hearing the "N" word and curses while we waited to be allowed to leave. We started when she was just 5 months, and now as a 10 month old she is completely comfortable in the water. She swims under water with assistance and actually wants to go under! She's not afraid to go into the pool or get water on her face. We love the calm learning environment at Swimmerman and really feel like we get great individual attention even tho it's a group class. Our instructor knows my daughter well and knows the perfect "next step" with her in the pool. It's backyard swimming with great instructors who show you how to take what you learn with you. I would recommend this swim school to any and everyone!

I tried to give it a day to see if I can fix it myself. I have go take all this stuff down! I honestly should've left soon as I sat down the vibe from the instructor Moore & the students were off & unprofessional (attitudes, back & forward w/ each other etc) I decided to stay as I was trying not to judge as I understand not everyone has a good start at times. There were three ladies on my head & the instructor kept disappearing when she knew they didn't know what they were doing. Omgoodness! I'm not so upset with the students as I know they are trying to learn. However, they NOT even learning the right technique! There is no reason why my hair looks the way it does and an instructor is supposed to guide them the correct way the entire time! They asked if I liked my hair I said "it was fine" as I was already there for hours and I didn't want to be there any longer and my hair still look a mess! I had my children to pick up from school plus I didn't want to hurt the young lady feelings as it wasn't her fault. I was over it & knew I was not going back! Sn: what makes it so wild the young lady "graduates" this Thursday. How?! Waste of money for sure! I had to bring my own hair ($200 spent on that) which they also kept some of my hair but I ain't tripping on that part most salons do unless you ask for it back. Plus the actual fee which was $75. Almost $300 spent there & it will be more cause I need someone to correct this mess! NEVER AGAIN.
