My six-year-old daughter has been taking parkour classes here for several months. We have a monthly membership so that we have the ease of scheduling a regular weekly class. At first, the desired time slot wasn't available, but it was very easy to call them up and get on a waitlist for the day and time that we needed. I am extremely impressed by the quality of the instruction at Flying Frogs. The teachers are able to set up pedagogically appropriate activities for the 5 to 8-year-old age group. Stations are set up so that there generally isn't much waiting in line, unless it's an activity where safety is concerned and the teacher needs to be watching the whole group. All of the teachers are excellent. Seriously. There are walls to scale, things to jump off of, ropes to swing on, and even a foam pit! Your child will be able to get all their energy out in a safe environment. My daughter LOVES coming here and I think she will attend for years to come! read more

Both of my boys loved parkour, and I really loved watching them. The coaches provided the proper challenge and support to my newbies and the more experienced kids alike. As soon as a coach noticed my kid was proficient at something, he added a level of complexity. It was a great trial class. My son has been going here for around a year, and loves it. The coaches are very patient but firm with the kids, and make sure to keep things moving quickly so they don't get bored. Over the year, he's had several different coaches and all of them have been great with him. Great venue for a private kids birthday party, they set up a ninja warrior style course for the kids. We had an 11 year old birthday party there and it was the best thing! Lots of doors and windows for fresh air, big obstacles for kids to get their energy out and have a physical challenge. They were cheering for each other and competing and having fun showing off. Most of them got a good sweat going! We send our kids there and they are in group classes, which are great. When they we're there with all their friends it was magic! No video game distractions, no people you don't know having beers, no asking for more video game tokens, just wholesome physical fun. The staff is very good at keeping the kids safe with lots of challenge. I never thought that anything was unsafe. My 8 year Old loves it also. read more

Love love love this place! They ROCK! Amazing skills, staff, everything! My son LOVES (as do I) going to camps here and wants to start classes asap! He wants me to give 20 stars. The summer camps are beyond well organized, amazingly fun filled and their camp director, Sean, is a camp director that I would rate as #1 in Sonoma county! Hands down! Especially based on our past summer camp experiences all over the county. This one has been the absolute best in the 4 years we have been "summer camping" and we will most likely return EVERY summer!!! He definitely cares about the experience! Yesss! Above and beyond is the way to go! And yes, parkour classes are in our future! Woohoo! I'd like to express how engaged and just amazingly awesome the camp staff is, Ben especially! Wow! I wish I had a camp staff person like Ben when I was a kid! I feel very lucky my son gets to experience this and have Ben as a guide! Chill, great with kids, patient, creative, imaginative, fun, caring, I could go on and on! Also, Sean, the camp coordinator is the kind of person you 100% know you can trust in organizing the very best for your kid! That makes me feel great! He is friendly and puts you at ease while asking questions (I am one of those helicopter moms that asks a ton of questions and everyone seems cool with this here, phew!), he also is open to and loves feedback, always striving to improve! I sure respect and appreciate that a lot! My kiddo, is ALWAYS up early for camp days at flying frog!!! He even wants to eat better, drink more water, work on his 6 pack (love it) and is really taking in the great examples that the amazing staff lead by! I can't find words to express how epic this place is! Last year a family member and a friend told me about flying frog and I am kicking myself for not checking it out sooner! I am beyond impressed and feel entirely confident with the staffs competence I have observed. I am pretty sure my sis 9th birthday will be at flying frog, lol! Organized amazing fun. We have tried pretty much every sport and within 2-3 months kids fight going to classes. We started here with parkour classes, then my kids basically started refusing to come home after their class and now they stay there for 3 hours (class + open gym). We get in the car together and they spend the entire drive home telling me how much they love it, how they want to do parkour every day. They are sweaty, red, tired, and overwhelmingly happy. Their balance and strength is getting better and better. Last week one of my kids ran up a 10' wall, grabbed a pole he then leveraged to flip himself onto the top, and then ran, jumped over a drop to another wall, and... I'm happy and scared. My daughter had her 9th birthday here and declared it the best birthday party ever!!!!! Yes, all those exclamation points are required. The facility and what they offer is amazing. The party concept was original and fun. There was a warmup, an explanation and lesson of parkour, and a basic obstacle course set up that was all age-appropriate, yet challenging. Most of the kids hadn't any experience with this kind of facility and they had a blast. I heard so many of them asking their moms if they could come back for lessons, open gym, parties of their own. It made me so happy that everyone enjoyed their time there. The staff was really gracious and helpful, very accommodating. The basic party package includes 16 kids, which is excellent - most other places are limited to 10 or so without spending a ton extra. So it was nice not to have to narrow down the invite list so drastically. My daughter was so enchanted with her experience here that she said she wants to do it again every year; and my 24 year old is jealous that I didn't throw her party here, too. read more

Had my stepson's birthday party here. He, his buddies and even us adult-kids had a blast :) Two hours was plenty of time for warm-up, instruction, play-time and cake and presents in the party room. Excellent facility. My kids love American Ninja Warrior and this place gives them the chance to try to be like their ninja heroes in a safe and suitable environment. The day camps are well run and for a small place, there's a lot to keep the kids busy with for hours. If your kids like gymnastics, they will love this.
