Decided to try their Rv dump site after a weekend trip. Location is not the best for accessibility. Cost is $7.50 for good Sam's members. $10 otherwise. They have to unlock it and There is a 3 foot man gate to manipulate the sewer hose through. Rinse house was cheap and kinked. Not go there again. read more

The best Flying J I've ever been to....and I've been to plenty all across the country. It's clean and very well sanitized. I seen an associate come in the bathroom and spray with real disinfectant with bleach and my shower was super clean. My food was good and I didn't see flies all on it behind the counter. You can even sign in a notebook to drop your trailer. I'll be back whenever I come back this way. 5 stars for this Flying J. Shotout to the Manager/s of this facility. read more

The gm of the flying J in Caldwell Idaho is not conducive to people flying J usually hire thank God the way he disrespected my wife and myself he should be pumping gas we were given permission last night to park for the evening on our way to Arizona about 6 this morning my wife who is handicapped and I were woken by the gm banging on our van stating we were trespassing he was going to call the police and and have our van towed he was belligerent and really upset my wife said we were trespassing and to never come back out our van doesn't look the best and when your cruising behind an 18 wheeler and they throw a cow at you anyway I hope the flying J doesn't condone this behavior he was rude abusive and we've never been treated so poorly read more

What can I say? It's your typical truck stop, altho it is a lot cleaner then most. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Another flying hook, with a Denny's. What more is there to say? The parking is tight, I had to leave before the chickens were even thinking of getting their day started. Coffee was hot and the breakfast sandwiches were ready. Think I'll stay across the interstate in the Sage tuck drop even though it's a dirt lot next time. They have plenty of room. read more

We needed gas and air in a tire before we returned to Seattle. Stopped here and was immediately greeted by a girl who was doing some work on the floor by the coffee machines. She had a big smile on her face and really welcomed us. I wanted coffee and they had a lot of choices. They had everything I needed to make a perfect cup. Everything was really clean inside and out. They had a Cinnabon stand in the middle and the smell could not be ignored. We bought some fresh mini bons and some breakfast sandwiches from their deli case. Everyone was very friendly. One of the clerks even told us where to get free air in the plaza. We weren't looking for that but it was very nice of her to offer that. read more

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE-I go to school in the area, and I always get my gas from flying J because it's by far the cheapest on most days. However, today I went to get fuel, expecting to buy about $30 of gas. I set the pump on the lowest/slowest setting, and got into my car because it was cold. Keeping an eye on the meter, I was expecting it to stop between $30 and $35, since I only needed 3/4 tank. When it got to 38, I opened my door to find gas squirting out of my tank because THEIR EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTIONED. I ended up paying about $40 in gas, so I went inside to talk to a manager. I asked if I could get a card for the gas that had been wasted, since it was THEIR FAULT and THEIR EQUIPMENT WAS MALFUNCTIONING. (Also, I'm always close to broke because I'm in school) I believe it was a lie, but the manager didn't even apologize and said something along the lines of "no, the law says you're still required to pay for it because you're supposed to watch it." I cannot believe this bullshit. What a poor example of customer service. read more

It's a smaller flying js but does have the dennys if your hungry. There's lots of parking for your rig here I got there at about 8pm and had no problem parking. It's pretty quiet there aswell. The store it self don't have gifts and shirts and all that they have the basic truck corner and trucker lounge but it's a smalllllll store it does the job it has the fax machine I needed and staff was friendly read more
