I kind of consider myself an In-and-Out Burger aficionado since I've eaten there for almost 40…read moreyears in California. Once here in Idaho, I wasn't as inclined to visit due to my fear that it wouldn't taste the same and the Idaho-shaming of visiting any location. However, I had an overwhelming desire for "animal style" well done fries and after a lot of begging, convinced my husband to come (this was not an easy task). We arrived around 4:30 pm and the dining room was roughly 1/2 full with a robust wrap in drive-thru. We were greeted by a friendly cashier who quickly took our order, then repeated it back perfectly. The kitchen was in a fervor, bustling to satisfy all the orders (really, a hard working team). We obtained our drink cups and the large, typical drink station was nicely stocked with a nice array of soft drinks to choose from. The odd thing to me is that whenever I've eaten at any other location in the past, I think the longest I've ever waited for my meal has been maybe 9 minutes, tops. No matter the time of day or night. We waited 23 minutes for our meals. It seemed that drive-thru is priority, then to-go, then dine-in. The animal style fries were pretty good, though I'm used to it being slathered with more sauce. Thankfully, I was able to get a few sauce packets and gleefully doused to my delight. However, the bun of my burger was so over toasted! The buns were actually hard and crunchy. I'm not used to that. The burger tasted like before but it was dry and overcooked as well. The lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cheese were very fresh and flavorful. My husband had the same experience with his burger as I did. Tables were not wiped down and the condiment station was out of almost everything when we got there. They didn't refill all the cups, chilis, etc. until right before we left. I really wanted to love my visit, but after this experience, and all the convincing to entice my husband there with this result, it's unlikely we will be back.

I really don't care for their fries or shakes but the burgers and iced tea will keep me coming back from time to time. Only thing is the name of this place is pretty accurate.. not that you'll always be out of the drive thru fast though..sorry if it's too TMI but, the burgers went in and right after when I was on my way home, they needed to come out.. iykyk ! Also, prices are great and the team here is super friendly and double checks your order is correct. Next time I plan to try them mustard glazed with chopped Chiles.. and I will make sure a bathroom is nearby! ;-P

The atmosphere is very casual, metal tables and chairs, bright and cheerful. Even though it appears like a fast food restaurant, there is table service, and that's nice. Payten was our server, and she did a great job of taking care of us. Don't know what it would be like during the busy times. My wife ordered a Chicken Shawarma sandwich, and I got the Chicken Shawarma bowl. My wife liked the sandwich, and I enjoyed the bowl. Nicely seasoned chicken with a base of salad and Safron rice. Very filling, too. Also, their fries are very good. They are seasoned well and crispy, just the way I like them. We will definitely be back. Good, healthy food at a reasonable price, in a nice atmosphere. My only negative is that the AC was on cold enough for both of us to wish we had brought coats.

Seriously, why does this place have 3 stars?!? I tried the new Green Goddess bacon stack chicken…read moresmash today and it was literally mind blowing. I enjoyed it so much...smashed grilled chicken patty that was juicy and flavorful. Incredibly fresh tomatoes, spring lettuce, melty cheese, crisp bacon, ripe avocado and just the right amount of green goddess dressing. I couldn't put it down. I spoiled myself with some fries covered in cheese and bacon...fries were perfectly cooked with in-house grated cheese melted on top, sprinkled with crispy, chopped bacon. It was a perfectly cooked meal that was also delicious. Service was really friendly and you could tell they were understaffed but hustled to make sure everyone was happy. Such a great location!

Burgers were messy, but like the old commercial- "if it doesn't get all over the place, it doesn't belong in your face." Everything was fresh, and tasted as it should. I wish this place was closer to the new D&B and Home Depot as I think it would probably busier and get the attention it actually deserves. We will come back when we find ourselves on that aside of town.

We have frequented this location every time we've visited a Habit location in the past 4 years…read more(close to 20 times) and I honestly can't believe I haven't written a review. I've read a lot of reviews on Yelp and I can't say that I've ever experienced poor or rude service, but there have been several inconsistencies from receiving overcooked burgers, undercooked fries or having to wipe down our table to eat. That said, these issues happen, sometimes more often than others, but not enough times to ward off future visits. There was a small line to order when we arrived, so we ordered through the kiosk without issue. This actually prompted others to order through the kiosk as well. After ordering, we walked up to the register to get our drink cups and were quickly greeted by a smiling, lovely employee who promptly gave me our cups. I ordered the new Parmesan chicken club, which unfortunately does not come in a combo...so I ordered the 50/50 (fries and onion rings) and my husband had the charburger with cheese combo. Our food came out quickly and looked stunning! The cheese was melted around the grilled chicken, the bacon was crispy, ingredients were fresh and the bread was toasted to perfection. My only disappointment is that the 50/50 is almost $5 as a side....and I felt like there wasn't enough fries and only 4 small onion rings. Fries were mostly undercooked as well. However, the sandwich was absolutely delicious. My husband's charburger tasted great, but was a tad disappointed as the burger patty was much thinner than other visits. It was almost $34 for lunch and we almost feel like we didn't get our money's worth. Overall, our visit was nice (loved the "habit" radio station...great music!), most of the food was great and the service was super friendly.
