Great truck stop! Good price for gas and the Taco Bell was awesome! We received a great amount of meat on our tacos and wonderful service!

I wish they would have better quality food, service it's alright, the ambiance it's uncomfortable instead of been warm it's cold.

I visited the restaurant (country pride) attached to your business today 3/3/2022 and I was extremely disappointed. I got there around 12:30 and sat and waited for service but no one bothered, finally one of the waitresses came over but that was about a half an hour later. I'm not from the Boise area and I was waiting for the hospital to contact me regarding my fiance. I'm still here waiting and not one waitress has bothered except the one around 12:30. It would be one thing if they were busy but they aren't. read more

I'm really surprised that Travelcenters of America in Boise, ID hasn't been Yelped before! I travel a lot for business. I don't always need a 5 star experience - just a nice clean hotel near a restaurant and maybe a convenience store. Well, Travelcenters of America on Broadway in Boise is just that - and they do it well. Yes - it's a "truck stop". Yup. Lots and lots of trucks. But it's a pretty NICE truck stop. I stay at the Shiloh Inn hotel in the same parking lot. Travelcenters of America gives me all I need for a night or two on business in Boise - a Subway sandwich shop, a Taco Bell if I'm in the mood, and the Buckhorn Restaurant - truck stop dining at its finest! The Buckhorn is the focus of the review - although TC of America really has a lot more for the trucking crowd (not me!) - showers, laundry, video games, etc. But the Buckhorn Restaurant is usually my focus when I stay here. And the food? Yes, it's truck stop food! Probably not all that good for you, but passably yummy "comfort food" in a very nice, friendly environment. When you're seated, they will ask your name, and the for the rest of service will call you by name every time they stop by - I like that! My waiter, Kirk, was very friendly and prompt. The menu is mostly truck stop comfort food - everything from sandwiches to fried chicken (that's what I had). Prices are very good - $9.95 for the fried chicken dinner, which included all you can eat salad bar and soup bar.... not bad! And a lot of the menu items are "all you can eat" as well. Again, it's a truck stop - not "fine dining". Not a first date place, not an anniversary place, but a place for weary travelers to get decent food, friendly service, and not spend a lot of money. As I said, I travel a lot. And I end up at more than my share of "truck stops" for meals. Cooked like a real Truck Stop and served with a smile! It's great that they are once again, open!

The showers are big,one of the best water pressures I have been in,with plenty of hot water.As far as being clean hey its a truck stop and all my experiences at showers and restrooms are they are just not that clean,or it could be me who knows,I prefer my toliets not to be covered in dust and hair and mold not in shower,and why does anyone never clean the soap,shampoo holders?.But on the plus side it does have a large fenced in area for dogs with a picnic table in the shade.So you can let your dog run free,but if you have a little dog be careful mine slipped under the gate,had to chase his ass all over the place.As far as the resturant hey its a truck stop,of course its over priced and not tasty.Eat it if you have to,but theres plenty of places that will deliver here. read more

Parking Lot is swept and maintained,For a change we did not have to dodge round rv's, or pick-ups pulling trailers to get parking. Clean restrooms, truck parking with reserved parking area as well. Toco bell (nice change from Macdonalds) subway and county pride restaurant. We chose country pride our food was good only complaint is the raspberry tea tasted watered down. Price is comparable to to other truck stops. Game room pool table and video games. Showers and laundry machines. read more

I love this place. I drive a truck from northwest to southeast and this is always a mandatory stop for me on the way. The staff is nice, they have Burger King, taco bell and country pride restaurant. Free fitness room a few arcade games, a poll table and a tv room. Not too many parking spots tho and some of the spots are hard to get into. read more

For a TA Country Pride it surpasses all other in cleaned, staffing and the quality of the food and the up keep of the salad bar. read more

Stopped in to get some breakfast for dinner. Had an awesome ham and cheese omelet. Everything was cooked well, and tasted fresh. I arrived 2 minutes before closing, Brenda was very nice and took care of me. I ate more than usual because it just really good. read more

Watch out for mechanics they are on commission so they will find something more to fix the restaurant scattered is slow don't check on you and all sit in a corner talking loudly. The food is bad philly cheese steak is made with hamburger meat here hash browns are burnt pancakes are dry coffee is the worst I've ever had. Fried chicken was raw I had to send that one back. This TA travel center is a nice little truck stop it as a country pride restaurant which I do not eat at because all they serve is frozen food ready to cook, it also has a Taco Bell add to Subway the travel center is fairly large the staff is friendly, as for truck parking there usually seems to always be a spot as long as you're there by about 7 PM, I think the only negative about this truckstop is there is not much around it. there is also another truck stop across the freeway about a mile away that has a little bit more around it if you like to get out of your truck and check things out read more

Our visit to this place is nice in some instances but in other there prices are higher than oyher C stores. The Shell rewards cannot be used like cusomers should be able to use them. The emplyees disrespect cusyomers from using them to quickly. The showers are way expensive and coffiee too when you can get it... for 88 cents at there C gas stations . They can use inprovments. And finally there restraunt employees seem homophobic too.. read more

It's a truck stop. Moderately overpriced items and restaurants for us poor truckers who don't feel like trying to shoehorn their truck into a regular strip mall parking lot. This TA is bigger than the other truck stops in the area. I believe nicer too. Nice TV room with lots of seating. Showers are fairly decent. They have Subway, Taco Bell and for sit down service there's Buckthorn Restaurant. But don't let the name fool you! It's your standard TA restaurant with a fancy name. Same menus and mediocre food as all the others around the country. They also have the buffet all day. I love the staff here...everybody is really friendly and they make you feel welcome, and even the cook comes out sometimes :) read more
