We have been once to check it out. Its $20 an hour per person but that hour can be plenty for a first time patron. My child loved it so much he begged to have his birthday party there. Booking the party was a breeze. Packages to pick from and dates and times that were available. They even called 2 days before the event to confirm times, amount of kids and all the food we ordered. Which was great. We chose a Saturday afternoon and this place was very busy. The great thing about this place is you can fill out the waiver and set-up an account online before arriving. So you're not standing in line trying to do this. A real breeze and time saver. You can also do this if you're just going in, not just for a birthday party. The kids had a blast. They had an hour to go ahead and jump around, 30 minutes to come back to our table and have food and cake, than another hour to jump and play. A party is 2.5 hours and that was more than plenty. The kids were pooped, sweaty and had so much fun. The great thing is, we also had a host who took care of everything (timing things, when the food was ready, keeping the kids on track, decorations, plates etc). The only thing we needed to take care of was bringing a birthday cake and goodie bags for the kids. They took care of everything else and was a stress-free birthday party. Which doesn't happen too often. I think all parents should take their kids here at least once. Plenty to do for all ages and what's not to love about a trampoline park? Highly recommended.

And when it was brought to the attention of the employees they just brushed it off going I'll talk to them. 1st incident 2 girls much older then my daughter were picking on her then purposely stepped on her head several times. And when it was brought to the attention they just shrugged and walked away. Then going through the obstacle course another bigger kid barrled over her without a second though. Running full tilt... I under accidents happen in a busy area but if there is bullying and kids being mean they should be held accountable. I'm very very disappointed

Terrible experience with this company…read more We thought we'd try out their summer day camp program and deeply regret it. We are so relieved they didn't have enough registrants that they had to cancel the fourth day of camp we originally had our child registered for! Staff told me that lunch was included for day camp, it wasn't - I don't mind - I actually thought it was obscure they would tell me this. Coaches are poorly trained in general - very unsafe with the kids- they don't notice when kids push or trample on others in competitive games and as a result - children are injured, my child had to notify the coach she was hurt - and no phone call to parents to inform them of said injuries! The coaches are also unwilling to help children who don't have any gymnastics experience, telling children to "figure it out for themselves" Clearly the employees are miserable at their job just based on their grumpy facial expressions, no smiles upon arrival during check in, the responses they give children and their lack of regard overall The owner and staff accused my child of lying about their experiences at the camp It's pretty obvious the owner has received negative feedback on her establishment previously because she relies heavily on "footage from her security camera" to back her story up and prefers to blame the children and call them liars as opposed to just supporting children, accepting honest feedback and resolving the problem. Why would and how could a child make up these stories of how they were treated or injured themselves? Why would she deliberately hurt herself? Additionally- no air conditioning- so the children are doing physical activity all day indoors during an August heatwave. Equipment needs upgrading, facility is dilapidated and outdated, it's a garage with mats, cluttered and disorganized, looks unprofessional No signage whatsoever, so we couldn't find the entrance to the building because they had their front door propped open (which is the only place they have a small sign lol) I don't recommend this place to anyone, in fact I strongly recommend avoiding it! Please don't waste your money - and save yourself the headache so that you don't have to deal with the owner or staff- it was absolutely mind numbing - several minutes of my life I'll never get back but most importantly my child got injured and didn't have a good time

It's a new facility, so the equipment is new and in great condition. There are many different play structures for kids to have fun on; both my three year old and my seven year old can easily spend more than two hours there without getting bored. There are really only two negatives I can think of. One, the price of some food is a bit high. Not outrageous mind you, but $24 is a bit on the high side for a large pepperoni pizza and two drinks. Thankfully the drink refills are free. They have a variety of items, so you can pick what your budget allows. The second negative is the arcade. It has all new games, but yikes, they are expensive. We spent $10 on a game card, got 24 tokens, and blew threw them in less ten minutes. Most of the games are six or eight tokens - a few are four - so your token credits go fast. And the games are over in a matter of seconds. One in particular drops a single ball, costs six or eight tokens, and it's over in about five seconds. Their arcade should have more games that are less expensive and last longer for kids to play. The tickets you earn on games are tracked digitally - that's slick, no waste - and can be exchanged for your typical cheap trinkets. But the kids have fun "shopping" with their tickets, so it's fun for them. Despite the two complaits above, I'd still highly recommend this place to anyone with kids who's looking for an affordable way to entertain them for hours.

A great NEW indoor playground for children…read more The entrance had enough space to take off your shoes and coats. I did not notice any paid lockers for valuables but a lot of cubbies. The admission price was great. About $13 for children and we arrived at 7pm and received 10% off! That was an added bonus. The jungle theme of the playground is fun! I noticed at least 8 private party rooms. Separate toddler areas looked fun! The food selection was great! We had juice boxes $1, fruit salad $7 (fresh! Not canned) and tea $3.50. I noticed people around me having pizza, fries, poutine and sandwiches. It all looked delicious. But the best part was the actual playground. Right off the bat I noticed this massive climbing wall (soft walled, trampoline like fabric) with a huge slide! It looked very exciting. The kids just flew down that slide. It reminded me of my childhood. The ball pit had a tube that kids put balls in and it sucked the balls up to a bucket above their heads. Then after awhile the bucket dumps the balls on the kids. My daughter thought this was hilarious. We are looking forward to spending many hours here during our cold winter! Perfect Friday night.

I've got to get something off my mind that's been there for a long time. In my last review I said…read morethat I signed up for Gymsanity. Well the the truth is, I tried, but I didn't. Kyle Shewfelt Gymnastics is a busy place, and an adult conditioning class taught by Kyle himself for $190-ish, well that's damn incredible and not to my surprise it was sold out. This January, however, I got the chance sign up for Gymsanity. Yeah, kind of like Beachbody's Insanity workouts, except a million times better because you have Kyle effortlessly pushing your body to its absolute limits. Get this - It's April. I started Gymsanity in Janurary to the tune of 208lbs and could barely get a pull-up. With Gymsanity and yes, diet and additional exercise that I did based on the things I learned at Gymsanity I lost about 25 lbs during the class. A little more than a month later I've lost another 10lbs bring ing me into the low 170's, and have upped my pull-ups to more than 10. I've even started adding some weights to lower my reps to the 8-ish range and build more muscle. That's nuts! I've undergone a complete body transformation and I'd credit a great deal of it to Kyle's class Regardless of your current fitness, if you're willing to push yourself, if you're willing to cry as you turn yourself into a puddle and try your best to smile as you do it, this class is for you. Kyle's a fantastic coach who makes things seem easy in fun, when really the workout is neither of those things. What it is though, is a victory against the goo that is currently covering your abs. You'll hate it, and you'll love it. Enroll you kids in Kyle Shewfelt Gymnastics and then take this class for yourself. Your kids will thank you for your new found energy levels you're have to play with them!
