The primary care doctor I chose was Dr. Wathier. I recently had my first visit with the team at Emerald and overall I was pleased with the services. The staff at this primary care office was great. The nursing team were well informed and told me about all of the additional services they have through the office. When it came time to meet Dr. Wathier, the visit was short (maybe five minutes), but he seemed knowledgeable and professional. The only downside to my most recent visit was the wait time. I had a scheduled 10:30 appointment and didn't leave the office until almost 12. The majority of that was spend waiting in the lobby and speaking with the nursing team who were filling in the awkward wait time with non treatment related convrrsations.

Dr Mann was beyond patient, as he even listened to this additional question I had, which was unrelated to the reason I was there, and I felt like I had all the time in the world with him. He painlessly removed a skin flap from inside my ear, and then after my hearing test, told me I could try out a hearing aid if I wanted to see if it would actually help. No pushiness at all. But my insurance would only cover the initial visit with a new dentist once every 5 years. So I ended up having to pay over $70 because of my mistake of choosing CHC.
