I had to go school shopping ... last minute as always a week before school (I'm a big procrastinator of course) ... 4 boys, 3 mine 1 nephew and my 8 month old daughter. 8th 5th 4th and 1st grade the kids are all different sizes and required some different uniform pieces. The staff was so pleasant and cheerful and didn't mind my crying baby. Robin was so beyond amazing. All the kids got a pair of pants, shorts, a polo, and button up and she managed them all in a timely manner without mix up or frustration trying on different sizes multiple times on each kid to size the perfect fit, she even helped me with the baby with calming the baby which was not in her job duties at all which my daughter loved. But I felt so at ease and not stressed, I got everything I needed for all the boys and wasn't stuck in there all day either trying to get help. She even helped us up to line. I met Robin and Kathleen when I visited the Allerton store to get uniforms for my kids last November - we had just moved into the Hampton NJ area in the middle of the schools year. In their own way, these women redefined customer service. They stayed almost 2 hours past the closing time to ensure we got everything we needed.
