** Update: I woke up before my shift to a voicemail from Caitlin. She was very professional and kind. She stated that they would absolutely fix the jackets. I appreciate them fixing this for me and how she spoke to me on the phone. Extremely upset with MP. I have been a customer since I started at LVHN. I found out I am pregnant and needed two white coats to wear with maternity shirts. Maternity scrub tops are uncomfortable for me. This is my second pregnancy and I have maternity scrub tops (that I purchased through MP nursing previously)but wanted to spend the money to be comfortable this pregnancy. Went in and they were very friendly and helpful. I found the white coat I needed. I wanted to get them embroidered to be professional. I was told by the sales assistant that "if they were embroidered, they could not be returned and I could ONLY get the color black on the white jackets". Totally understood not returning them and wouldn't have planned on it since I tried it on in the store. I needed the jackets so I did not argue. Completed my order and thought it is what it is. While at work I noticed my coworker had just gotten a new white coat with the colored LVH logo, as we are asked to do. When I called MP back to question this my jackets were already done. I did appreciate that they said they would try to re-do them but were unsuccessful. It was suggested in a voicemail left for me that I come in and order new ones. I called to say that I'd be picking up the black embroidered jackets because I was not going to spend another $62.00 on something that was not my error. When I spoke to the manger she stated "Well when she wrote black on the order you could have questioned it since you've seen other people with something different." I found this extremely unprofessional. She basically blamed me for an error her staff made. I will be wearing the jackets at worker and if questioned by management I will be sharing my story. MP will no longer have my business and I will no longer recommend them to any new nurses. I hope if this happens again to a customer that it is handled better. As someone who deals with complaints 5 days a week at the hospital this is not how you handle issues and complaints. read more

Bought pre embroidered scrub jacket, pants and tops for local hospital job. Declined job offer then took all items back. THEY WILL NOT REFUND IF YOU PURCHASE PRE EMBROIDERED FROM THEIR INVENTORY. I got store credit for pants. Sales girl turned her back on me and told me i should "find someone" at the hospital to buy my items. OUT $122!!!!!!! read more

MP - Outfitters has quite possibly the absolute WORST return policy I have ever encountered in my entire life. My wife purchased 3 scrub tops that were already embroidered with the hospital logo she works for. The aforementioned scrubs were hanging ON a rack IN the store. They clearly were not customized for her, as the definition of customized is "something that is made or altered to an individual or personal specifications." Please explain how a uniform item purchased from a rack in a store with a logo pre-embroidered is considered "customized?" The item still had all tags affixed, and was accompanied by the receipt, and would've been hung directly back on the rack it came from. They wouldn't even honor the return for in-store credit (which you can't use on their website - a topic for another review). The moral of the story is don't shop here if you are even remotely uncertain a garment fits perfectly, as chances are, they won't accept it for return. read more

The staff was very knowledgeable about the Littmann stethoscopes they carry. The prices were comparable to those online had I paid for next day shipping and I got mine that day! They also have a nice selection of scrub pants with side and some also with additional cargo pockets. read more

After my department purchased 8 shirts from them I took them all at the same time to the dry cleaner to have them tapered on the sides so it gives a clean and crisp appearance. This same dry cleaner has been tailoring my stuff for 10 plus years with no problems. After trying on all 8 shirts I found that one was not even close to fitting. I took it back to the seamstress who undid her work of tapering returning it to the condition from the factory. The shirt still did not fit in the shoulders, neck or torso. Obviously it was a mismarked or faulty shirt from the supplier. After returning it to MP Outfitters they stated that since they did not do the tailoring work they could not do anything about it. I again stated that the tailoring was undone and the shirt was back to the condition as when I received it from them after they ordered the shirts. Also what does tapering the sides of the abdomen have to do with the fit of the neck or shoulders? They accused my seamstress of unsewing the seam on the side. Then cutting it uneven, and sewing it back in black thread. After this she then again tapered it with a blue thread. All 7 other shirts were tapered with the blue thread she uses as she doesn't use black thread. The seamstress also denied having done any of this aforementioned cutting and sewing in black thread. Instead of standing behind customer service and returning the shirt to the manufacturer as defective they told a public servant that they were in the wrong along with an innocent seamstress. I am the only one in the whole organization that was still going there and now this organization will no longer do business with the retailer as they have no customer satisfaction Etiquette. I mean seriously out of the 100 plus uniform garments she has tailored over 10 plus years and one is so small that it cannot be buttoned yet it is the seamstress fault? Like it's not possible the shirt was mismarked or faulty from the manufacturer? Do not do business with the retailer -2 BIG THUMBS DOWN!!!!! They should be ashamed to treat public servants like they do. read more
