I told them I guess I had no choice since they already drained my oil. Then I was told they had to call Auto Zone to get the oil my car needed because they didn't carry the oil. I waited a little over 30 minutes. I don't understand how I couldn't have middle grade oil if they had to go to the store to buy it. The people working were so very nice. Just a huge inconvenience as I was running errands due to leaving town for work early the next morning as I thought it would be a quick stop.

When I offered to pay the core charge out-of-pocket to keep my property, he refused to call his supplier to check the price, aggressively claiming he was "too busy" while I stood right in front of him. Refusal to Stand By His Work: The merchant wrote "New PCM to fix issue" on his paperwork. However, when I asked him to sign his name to validate that his diagnosis was correct and would actually fix the vehicle, he completely refused to sign it. Fabricated Billing Items: The merchant charged for items like an engine coolant sensor and its wiring. However, the vehicle's computer was not even communicating or reading data to generate a trouble code for that system. They billed for things that could not possibly have been diagnosed. Definitive Proof of Fraud (Dealership Invoice Attached): Because of his hostile behavior and refusal to sign his name to his own diagnosis, I had the truck towed directly to an official manufacturer dealership for a certified inspection. As clearly proven by the attached Official Dealership Invoice: The truck never needed a new engine computer (PCM). The actual issue was simply a broken wire running to the PCM. The dealership repaired the wire, and the truck runs perfectly on its original computer.

They told them they had to put a down payment on the engine before it could be order but once it was ordered they should have it ready in a couple of days. After a week or so my folks stopped by to check the progress and nothing was done and the "cashier" gave nothing but excuses. The owner stated the car was not completed because his people just quit after a week. 3 weeks later the car was finally ready. My mom paid cash and the "cashier" didn't even double check or verify the amount and wrote down the wrong amount thus resulting in charging $400 more which almost put my parents in the negative for their account. The owner just sat in his office smoking which triggered my mom to have an asthma attack. My mom called the next day to show proof and they stated that they balance which is a bunch of bull. My mom also asked for an itemized list of the repairs and all she got was the receipt. Again the owner did nothing!!! This company needs to be put out of business if they don't know what they are doing and just take advantage of people! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
