Second visit was to inspect and repair air conditioner that was only blowing warm air. Tire repairs don't require an appointment; my air conditioner repair did. I was advised the second visit would take all day but was fortunate enough that a 2nd technician was available, so I was out in less than four hours. Not bad for a major repair. The people you meet initially are very friendly and professional; they have a full body of knowledge concerning automobiles. There is plenty of room to sit while waiting with free coffee and cold water, couches, chairs and tables. The overall service is superb.

I bought tires there recently. They lost my purchase again in the "new" computer system. I got 4 new tires but they damaged the one sensor and valve stem. I ended up at another tire place because I was a few counties away and 10lbs low. They found the issue and said it was damaged from installing the tires.
