I went into the shop to let the cashier know that a black car cut in line in front of five others who had been waiting for hours. He shrugged and said he knew; they (supposedly) had been waiting inside (which makes absolutely no sense). There is no organization; people can cut without repercussions, and staff couldn't care less. I will never, ever be back. Update at 5:44 pm: the young man who just came to talk to me was super nice! But, be aware that service here is first-come-first-serve. If they are able to take care of your tires same-day, they will. Otherwise, they'll tell you when they can do it.

I ended up at another tire place because I was a few counties away and 10lbs low. They found the issue and said it was damaged from installing the tires. They not only provided estimates for the muffler and oil leak but also gave me a list of other items that might need attention. I appreciated that when I told them I only wanted to take care of the two main issues, there was no pressure to do additional work.
