It was a emergency repair, so I am glad we could get in first thing in morning. However, the originally quoted me a price for replacing the struts. A second guy mentioned it was more the mount than the struts, but should probably change struts also (no price forounts was given. When I went to pick up he had neglected to tell me the mounts were almost DOUBLING the original quote. When I asked him why he never told me the price, he literally said NOTHING, no sorry or anything. He just looked at me with disdain and I was bothering him. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! read more

I ended up with a flat traveling north back to Sandusky OH from Carolina beach. We were exhausted, tired and quite cranky. I saw this huge green sign that said Flynn tire and repair I was like fingers crossed they can get my best friend and I back on the road. I walk in looking defeated and Jim Yakley said hi ma'am let me help you. In a matter of seconds he had me laughing and smiling and said let's get you fixed up. Less than an hour and we were back on the road. My good friend up north said Flynn's was the best(she helps manage a service shop!) and was glad that's where I ended up. I will be recommending them to all. They didn't rob me blind. Fixed my tire! Honest and reliable!! One of the most respectful shops I've been in. Clean also! For that matter the customers were friendly also. I wanted to make sure I shared this before going to sleep tonight because I didn't want to get busy with life and forget. 10 out of 10. I called before I got here more than once and got pricing on what I wanted. When I get here and they have my wheels off suddenly the prices change. Also they come in and say oh all your lugs nuts need replaced. I literally have never had one issue with any lug nut but now they all need replaced for an additional $120. I told service person I want old rims swapped out with my new ones and my new tpms sensors put in NEW rims. So I'm lookin through the window of lobby and see the guy puttin the new sensors in the old rims. I say to service guy he's puttin them in wrong rims. Guy walks over to guy workin on truck and he says oh I misread order. Also I've been here like 2 hours so far to mount and balance four tires. read more

Went to have 4 new tires put on my girlfriend's truck, they reset the whole computer system. Truck won't go above 80 MPH anymore to pass people on the highway. The remote start doesn't work anymore (even though we used it 10 minutes before we dropped it off). They say the hood was popped when we dropped it off even though we used the truck everyday and would've noticed it. They refuse to take any responsibility and we've called corporate management waiting for further updates. read more

I had my tires replaced today on my van. I was pleased Flynn's had the tires in stock and they had time today to install and align my van. I was told it would take around 90 minutes. I returned in around 90 minutes and was informed they put the new tires on the front and rear despite my instructions to only install the front. I did not want to wait another 45 minutes to have the rear tires removed. Next I asked about the alignment and was told it was never discussed even though I specifically asked before arriving. At first I was told they did not have time, then Flynn's did squeeze me in with an alignment but the whole process took almost 3 hours!!! They did a great job and were very nice, but if you purchase tires at Flynn's in Dover. Don't plan on doing much the rest of the day. I did not plan to be 3 hours. read more

My husband took his work truck to get tires put on. They kept it for 10 hours before calling and saying they could not put them on. The reasoning was due to them having a negative offset. They do no have a negative offset. When he asked to speak to a manager the Manger said to meet him outside. Before my husband said a single word the manager said "my guys aren't touching your truck". He would not listen to the fact that the offset is not negative. When the vehicle was dropped off nobody reviewed what would be done when he dropped it off. They were very clearly inexperienced, understaffed, and mean. read more

I have done all of my tire repair work through Flynn's because they will give you an honest assessment and won't try to take advantage of you. I had an issue with my traction control sensor tripping a warning light. Parkway Honda next door wouldn't look at it without an appointment/service (basically an $85 minimum to reset a sensor). I just needed to know my car was safe to drive. Flynn's put their diagnostic machine on my car and reset it for free, so they've got my business! read more

This is a terrible place. I purchased two tires about two months ago and had the other two balanced and alignment. Two months after, a low tire light came on. When I tried to get the valve stem covers off, they had them on so tight that they actually became corroded and couldn't be removed without ruining the valve stems. I took the car back in to have them look at it and even told them they were the last one to touch the tires, they said it wasn't their fault and I had to pay to have all four valve stems replaced. They then told me a belt was broken in one of the tires and said it had been broken for a while. I asked why this was told to me when I got the work done two months before and they had no response. This company is worthless. I'll never go back and won't reccomend anyone to ever use them. They have no clue what they are doing and are only out to screw people over. read more
