I called and told them it was supposed to come to my house, they told me it was off the flat bed and I would have to pay to put it back on. I arrived there 10 minutes later to their guys draining my gas while it was still on their flat bed. Plus another guy taking stuff off my truck. We have had to use Bennys Trucking and Towing a handful of times through the years. Benny has…read morealways been there when he said he would be here. He is kind, patient, honest, reliable and has gone above and beyond when we needed him. Bennys is right here in Holland, Ma. And if he isn't available right away he will let you know. He's a busy guy and often times he's not available until the next day abut he takes you as the calls come in and he has always been here when he said he would be. I had a string of bad luck and my last 3 vehicles had serious issues. He also came another time because Imy youngest son locked my only set of keys in my truck. Sigh. Most recently, my GMC Terrain I purchased last year had some serious issues that lead me to calling Benny. Some of the issues with the truck made it difficult to lead the truck onto his truck bed. He found the issue and had to dismantle some of the shift case and what ever else. It was not an easy pickup and he was very fair to us! We are thankful to him. He takes the time to explain things to you and talks to you like a human being. We've come to know him somewhat and he has good family values and you can tell he comes from a good family. He was also very kind to my two special needs boys. We 100 percent recommend Bennys Trucking and Towing! We would call him again. I just hope not to call him again for a while. I have a new er car now and I hope I'm not Jinxing myself lol. Were your average "poor" family with kids, just barely getting by. And never have we ever felt that Benny took advantage of us. And now they are deeming all the work to finish fixing it as not covered under their warranty, even though it was parts that they had to move and work on. We were fearful of voiding the warranty by going anywhere else, but finally took it to a trusted mechanic for a second opinion and they confirmed that Auto Go did not do quality work and left the truck in such a state that it continues to cause problems.
