This is such a unique and fun experience! We did the Chicago and Rocky Mountains flyover experience, and WOW. It's truly breathtaking! It's really immersive in that the seats move, there's smells that match the scenery, wind and sometimes water. It's a one of a kind experience very worth it

I'm not going to lie, I was really talking down on this and was underwhelmed by the show initially. But towards the end, I really liked it. The piano performance, was so pretty I wonder if it was created for this virtual "ride" or if I can watch it in full somewhere. It was cute. If you're already at this part of the Pier, I say why not if you have 30mins and $40 to blow. I think they lost me with the intro. It's a lot of Disney style ride line step up to get to it, a waiting room, then a presentation that ties into the show. All that was losing me. A bit much and unnecessary. But the actual virtual ride part was nice.

So fun! I wish it was about 10-15 minutes longer! I would do it again! It really felt like you were flying over the city! It's a great way to tour the city if you can't fit everything into your schedule.

I arrived around 3:50pm with my sons. I made reservations for 4:45pm for the Canadian Rockies flyover. We walked around the inside area until around 4:40pm. One of my sons and I did the flyover last time we visited but it the first time for my other son. This was one of the attraction in a Go City pass that I got. After waiting in line, we went to this room and waited for everyone to arrive. There were screens that the Native American culture. Afterwards, we attended a pre show and safety briefing, each in different room. The flyover itself was fine but I noticed several (More than 5) parts that skipped, which somewhat took away from the experience as it was noticeable, at least for me. Also, I like a lot of movement and I've done better flyovers than this one. The Chicago flyover that I did during my last visit was definitely better. On the other hand, staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy to park and find. Nice employees. I liked that the experience went quickly. The viewing room with the introduction and circular city scape was nice. The experience itself was very cool. I do have to say though that despite the introductory videos explaining about cultural diversity in the city and how we should "have an open mind" the experience centered on downtown and the beach and the lake. It didn't bother going over china town or Humboldt park flags, or Lincoln park or anything else. So that, 4 stars. Flight over Seattle was more diverse. Flight over Chicago is centrally focused.

I had the opportunity to experience this and I wasn't quite sure what to expect! I went midday on a weekday and it was just me, my friend and two other people. I loved the intimate experience even though we were in Chicago. We picked the Chicago experience and WOW! It was so fun and a thrill ride. The building feels huge with how much they walk you around (so many workers there to help you find your way. I always felt supported. The sights, feel of the wind and the woosh, spraying when we dove close to the water were the highlights for me. At times the "smells" of Chicago were NOT it. I tend to be sensitive to motion sickness so that in combination with whatever city smell that was for sure made my tummy quiver, so if you have those nausea issues, I would just be aware of that. It honestly didnt stop me from wanting to try out the nature version in the Rockies! I felt more confident with nature smells. Highly recommend! Happy to have done this.

(Kari's Rating 6/10) Overall, the experience wasn't bad, I don't usually get motion sickness, but I did have to close my eyes for a little bit. The instructions in the short video were almost longer than the actual experience, which I didn't mind, but for $37 I would either make the actual experience longer or make it $20. The technology was really cool, the staff was really well-versed in safety and it overall was a fun time. I probably wouldn't make that my entire evening plans. Apologies there are no pictures. We were not allowed to use our phones inside!

This was one of the most if not the best immersive experiences of my life! Happy to know it's in my own city so that I can go with friends. My bff was my plus one and I didn't know how real this was gonna feel. We were excited to experience this. However she got a little scared bc she doesn't like roller coasters despite it not being an actual roller coaster that's how real it felt. I loved it - she had to close her eyes for some of it. It's 615 and we were scheduled for the 630 and Carolyn (she was sweet and cordial) said there's room for the 615 view and so we took it. It's Wednesday 2/11/26 and there's about 15 people and every seat is a great seat. To those who are afraid of heights keep in mind it does feel like you are on a roller coaster or on a helicopter but it's all good bc of courser you're not. It just feels like that. I was truly in awe and loving it! If you have a hard time walking up stairs after going up escalators once inside flyover you will walk up about 3-5 flights of stairs but they do offer elevator service for those who can walk up stairs mostly elderly and or handicap.

This was the highlight of my day in , the flyover was so refreshing and a great immersive experience to see the city in this type of way I would def recommend this experience to everyone who loves flying and seeing the views from up high this is exactly what it feels like the only thing I would say is I do wish it was a little longer and they incorporated flying over a game and maybe even different seasons of the city , other wise it's located at a the pier it's really nice and clean and the staff was nice

I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. It was pretty fun and a different and creative way to see the city. I would recommend this experience. It was similar to a ride at universal studios or like a 4D movie. I bought my ticket upon arrival and was able to head straight up.

    Kiosk to pay for Flyover

It's like a Roller coaster ride with 3D IMAX screen. Great for family outing. Get to see Chicago in a different view. Just need to better organize how to seat customer. It should be first come first serve. We were in line first but people came after us got seated first. Overall, my family enjoyed it

It was a great experience, good way to see all the iconic parts of Chicago. It is a little pricey but every seat is a good seat.

We went on Good Friday, lots of kids were off of school. We got the first time slot! Highly recommend this! The place is self guided and you can always go back to feel some more! If you think about germs and are easily grossed out, there's plenty of hand sanitizer around, or bring your own! But everyone is basically reaching in to feel the same slime you are. There's a small area the kids can take their shoes off and play in. Some squishes and slime they can go into (it's hard and doesn't stick to clothes!). They also have the "get slimed" station. I believe it's $30 and from the looks of it, it's just blue water. Didn't seem worth it to me. But my kids loved watching! The best part is being able to make your own slime! You can pick the consistency, smell and color! And as an added bonus you can pick out 3 charms! There's no food or drinks allowed in and they have a complimentary coat/bag check! Take a picture of your bag in case you drop your ticket! In addition, I find it hilarious that people are complaining about the price. Of course the place raises the price during peak hours. Now do I think $56 for a ticket is steep, yes! But plan ahead and always purchase tickets ahead of time! We paid $135 for 3 and were there almost 3 hours! We only left because we had lunch reservations!

Of course we took our kids along because they would be the ones who could take full advantage of the facilities. The park itself was quite large, but we went for the kids playground. Signs were clearly marked for direction so we got to our destination with no difficulties. Our boys definitely enjoyed the suspension bridge, though my younger one was hesitant to go on first. I did see some older kids who were climbing "outside of the bridge infrastructure. There was a note to remind anyone not to do so. Oh well, it is what it is. Even if some accidentally fell when doing risky tricks, the soft padded ground would reduce the impact. On the other hand, there was one section of playground exclusively for children older than 5 years old. The slide seemed to be more advanced for young toddlers for sure. Therefore, we performed our sightseeing duty and walked away since our munchkins were 2.5 and 4.5 years old. Our older one enjoyed the straight slides. I liked that fact there were multiple slides with various speeds so that kids would not get bored on staying on the same one. Normally I wouldn't recommend anyone to drive to downtown but we did this time. My partner was able to secure a spot via SpotHero at the Harris Theater for a reasonable price. I got there much later than our scheduled arrival time yet he was able to extend for another 30 minutes in the app. Overall, we highly recommend parents to visit "Maggie Daley Park" and let the kids release some energy. We probably will be back again to poke around other areas when spring and summer in Chicago are in full bloom.
