The sales associate who assisted us was friendly and helpful, but we decided to come back another day to consider our options before making the purchase. When we returned, we were assisted by Amer who was just as helpful and friendly as the sales associate we met on our initial visit. We made the purchase that day for delivery the next and added on the pick up service they offer for a fee. Amer was proactive with calling beforehand to ensure that we would be home to receive the delivery, and we managed to set a time that would work for the both us. The pick up and drop off went well. We were in a building with no elevator so we decided to carry our futon down to the entrance before their arrival. Once they got here, they carried the sofa bed all the way up our staircase and into our suite. Overall, I would definitely recommend shopping at this store if you're looking for furniture. The prices are reasonable, service is excellent, and the process was efficient!
