I frequently come to this location. Plenty of staff . When you pull up there are always atleast two associates. One spraying and and one scrubbing your vehicle as a pre-wash. Associates are friendly too. Water doesn't smell as it does at the Newburgh location. My only issue with this establishment is these car clubs gather weekly and take up the spots at the vacuums and self service booths. They should not allow this here. read more

This updated review is for the car wash and vacuums, as opposed to my previous reviews for their shady and failed "Oil Change Plus" garage (which finally closed down - I wonder why). The remodeled drive-thru car wash has a self-serve kiosk in which you can select your car wash option and pay by cash or credit card. I initially thought this was nice because it eliminated the previous days of the attendants trying to convince you to buy more than you want. But sure enough, in the middle of selecting and paying, here comes the attendant trying to upsell me. Not his fault - I'm sure Corporate is making him do it since everyone else has previously done the same here. The attendant handed be a brochure for unlimited car washes for $10/mo, he said. Before throwing it in the garbage, I read the fine print which stated a 3 month minimum is required, and it's $10 only for the 1st month. Everything after that is billed at a nominal $50 per month. Ha. The car wash itself was average. I still had bug guts on my vehicle after the wash, but the wash wasn't bad. The windows were clear and no swirl marks on my vehicle. No scratches this time (but it's happened here previously). The car wash prices are slightly steep. $18.50 will get you a car wash, undercarriage, tire shine, and hot wax. To compare, for $5 more, a nearby competitor offers the same service, plus they'll hand dry your car, vacuum the whole interior, clean the dashboard and clean the inside windows. Foam & Wash's prices should be slightly dropped if they can't compete. As far as the self-serve car wash, vacuums, and shampoo machines, this is the best service they offer. The prices are slowly creeping up, but they're not bad yet. The machines are always well maintained and work properly. The overall establishment is always clean and the garbage cans are frequently emptied. read more

Everyone there is super nice. The manager Tyler was very polite when I spoke to him. He seems to expect that from his employees as well since they were all pretty nice kids. I've been there just to vacuum a few times and there was always someone asking me if I needed help or anything. Very rare to find nice/honest people now a days. read more

No complimentary towels and the vacuum cost $2 and was only about 10 minutes. I would not come here again.

Couple months ago bought one of their towels that they sell. You're able to use it and then exchange it for a new one the next time you come. I thought it was a great idea. Now they have determined they want to change the color of the towel, and you have to buy a new blue one as the green ones are no longer accepted. Just another money making scheme. I liked this spot but I'll never ever use it again. I hit another car in the drive thru wash because the operator rushed me and told me to put the car in drive. Yes. He said to put in DRIVE. I am incredibly lucky there was not any damage and so are you due to the careless manner your employee was working - there was no one behind me. Why would you rush a car in like that? On 26 May, I had my car washed at the Vails Gate location. When I got home and was able to get a good look at my cat, the car wash was awful. It actually looked better before it was washed. I paid $16 and there was still dried bird poop on the car. Plus, the drying rollers were not working properly so I had water spots all over the car and windows. I should have gone back that day, but it was too late to drive the 30 minutes back. The wash was so bad that I went back today and Used the self-service car wash option. Another $23 later, my car looks great. The only issue was that when I tried to use the vacuum, it was not working properly. I could have picked up the dirt by hand and done a better job. So, when you add in the $2 cost of the bad vacuum, I spent a total of $41 this weekend to get a decent a decent car wash. it will be a long time, if ever, before I go back to this foam and wash. read more

This place is on a large piece of property where they have a hand wash car wash, touchless automatic car wash, a regular drive-thru car wash & an oil change center along with vacuum cleaners. They even run specials on the drive-thru car wash. read more

First time here, I went thru the drive thru wash, nice idea, paid for the $15 wash and then $2 dry and shine so $17 +tax total. With the price I paid, I expected to get a decent wash with no residue on top. This package was totally over priced, there was soap left on my car and water spots everywhere at the end, so it didn't even wash and dry my car properly. The package doesnt even include vacuuming the inside. My car was still dirty. Very poor quality wash. This should be priced at about $8. For this price elsewhere, I get the inside vacuumed and tires shined with hand drying at the end. Only came gere because it was closer to home. This place could have potential to be 5 stars if they improved the quality in their washes/machinery. read more

I've only ever had car washes here, and I can say that I can't complain. car smells like blueberries when you're going through the wash :) Can't speak for oil changes or any other services, but a solid car wash spot in the area. read more

Alright I hate to say it because I really use to love this place but the remodel/new drive-thru SUCKS. $15 and the thing left soap all over my car and didn't dry anything. I get that this pushes cars through quicker, but pushing cars past a giant dryer isn't working to actually dry anything. The gas station is cheaper and while it's not always 100% dry, it's 10x better than this update you guys made, sorry. Not at all worth the price. Don't waste your money. read more

I have been an unlimited customer of foam and wash for many years along with my fiancé. The service is getting worse and worse. I took my truck through twice today and my truck came out dirty as when I went in. The second time the attendant used the brush to clean it and it came out even more dirty. It's touch and go. If it's not the cleaning of the truck, it's the attitude of the workers. But I finally decided to go to another place to wash my truck. It got cleaned inside and out. After so many years and the convenience of the car wash in many places, my fiancé and I will cancel our unlimited membership on both trucks. If we are going to pay this price it better be great service. Oh by the way, we always gave the attendance tips ($5 - $10) and got poor service. read more

The only place I can trust to get my oil change done within the hour. They are always polite and offer me free drinks and a place to wait. Absolute crooks! Went in for air conditioner service. They said they were unable to charge my air conditioner, they said something must be wrong with my system - but charged me $100 anyway. I went to another shop and they charged the air conditioner with no problem. Went back for a refund. "Angel N." gave me the run-around. He finally said they couldn't refund me but Corporate HQ would send me a check in the mail. Two weeks later, no check and Corporate HQ had nothing on file about it. read more

I used to think this place was a good place to just rinse the car off when it got a little dirty or had a little snow on it, being that they don't towel dry or vacuum the interior for the same price as other places charge for a full service. I went there today and there machine flat out didn't work. My vehicle was pushed through droopy rags that didn't move then the machine jammed halfway through. The attendant sent more rollers through and all it did was cause my vehicle to skip inside the track. They finally moved the equipment and I was able to get my vehicle out.i went back around because it seemed that they got it fixed because they were pushing more cars through. When I pulled up the rude attendant said that I already got my wash. I told him that none of the brushes turned on and that the soap never dropped on the vehicle. He rudely dismisses me and then claims that some how it was my vehicle that broke the machine and he couldn't put me through as the car in front of me goes through!!! You know what keep the measly $10, you just lost my business and my companies fleet business. I hope the $10 was worth it. Never again. read more
