Rosemary has basically good design skills but poor business practices. She does contract, payments, etc. only by mail - nothing electronic. She doesn't follow through on business details that leave you wondering if she has received payment, executed an agreement, etc. As an artist I know how annoying these pesky business details can be when you just want to focus on creating the work. I'm hopeful she will learn to value business practices as much as she values design so that clients like us don't feel jerked around. read more
