The mowing was ok even though after the frost in mid-September, it really didn't need a weekly cut for 5 more weeks. Nonetheless, the biggest problem was that they never provided the leaf cleanup despite numerous phone calls to remind them. They assured us it would be done before the first snow. It wasn't and now I shovel snow AND LEAVES. Their response was that they would try and get to the leaves in the Spring is just ridiculous. We are looking for another service. Very disappointing.

It was amazing to watch how they worked so well together to safely and quickly remove the tree. They brought in the crane and we didn't have to move anything out of the way. They chipped and hauled it away all in the time frame it said it would take. My favorite part was their Supervisor- an amazing golden retriever! Everything is better with dogs :).

They broke branches off several smaller trees when they sent large branches down the zip line.
