Seemed to have an agenda for his most financially beneficial treatment. Failed to answer any questions addressed by us. His professionalism falls short. :) This was the first time seeing Dr. Joe in the 7 years of visiting this office, and by far THE worst Dr. there. Dr. Foster was the first one who said she'd give it a shot without general anesthesia, and my girl did GREAT. She ended up getting two crowns and one filling, and it was close to $3500 LESS than what I would have had to pay at any of the other practices. The entire team made my daughter feel at ease, even excited to go to the dentist. Not a single tear was shed (except maybe one by me). However turned out both kids' visits were fully denied by our insurance. When inquiring why we were lead to believe there would be partial payment and not be told upfront our insurance would fully denied payment on the work completed. Also asked why was it necessary to complete their insurance forms prior to the visit, in doing so not determine partial or no payment from the insurance company? We assumed they would have been able to inform us if we would fully pay out of pocket instead of informing us there would be partial payment; told that was the chance 'we' took being out of network ... so be warned. Again insurance fully declined payment from their third submitted attempt. In addition to as they re-submitted our claim again to our insurance our daughter returned complaining about her tooth that they worked on; we were again charged for this return visit and they submitted the claim where the insurance fully denied any payment. No corrective work was done but she was looked at and was fully billed for the visit

I had been experiencing some blinding pain and scheduled an appointment for a dentist to look over my teeth and help identify the cause - this insurance coordinator booked me 10 days out full well knowing and approving me paying out of pocket. Less than a day before my appointment, she called and left me a voicemail simply stating they would not be able to see me tomorrow or ever. When I called back to inquire, the receptionist and insurance coordinator became agitated and defensive going so far as to raise her voice over the phone with phrases such as "are you serious?" and "I don't know what to tell you". I did not once raise my voice or speak disrespectfully to the staff. Shame I never got to interact with the dentists or hygienists as they come highly recommended. Would not recommend this dental office to anybody due to the unaccommodating nature and overall lack of ethicality handling a situation with an individual experiencing extreme distress due to dental related pain.

The assistant was experienced, professional but most importantly she was kind, gentle and friendly as she took my full set of xrays. The doctor came in and he considered all of my concerns after checking my medical history. He did a cancer screening and checked my gums in addition to evaluating my xrays. I never felt rushed, yet I did see their concern for my dental care. The dental hygienist, Jamie was super gentle. My husband, daughters, their family members all go to this office. I highly recommend this office. A big thanks to the staff for making me feel comfortable at a dentist office!
