Focus 4 went above and beyond to take care of my mother's septic system yesterday, after she was told by another company earlier that morning that they couldn't not do the work (was a more complex job due to the age/location of the system and lack of consistent past maintenance). Despite calling late in the morning (around 11 A.M.), they were able to come out, confirm they could do the work, and were able to fit her in that afternoon.
