Despite calling late in the morning (around 11 A.M.), they were able to come out, confirm they could do the work, and were able to fit her in that afternoon. When the guy came out he acted as if he didn't want to be there, I had made them aware before hand that I had no idea where my septic was, so he had a probe and scored a few spots and that was it. He pretty much gave up. It seemed to me he really didn't care. He told me to hire a plumber with a camera on the end of the snake to get a visual of where it was.
