When he went in to get temp pair, they said they didn't do that any longer after covid, and the after hours must of misinformed him. He then asked for his prescription as I found a place (EYEGLASS WORLD) who would get him a pair same day. Angie told him, and myself when I called, there was no paper in the copier and she could not make him a copy!!! WHAT!! I asked if she could email me and she said she couldn't until someone else from the office returns. Hope whoever it was also picked up a package of paper when she returned to the office. For asking a doctor if he was going to be able to help me keep my eyesight????? I still don't get. My eyesight is not good enough to drive to Iowa City and it's just me. So, I am going to talk to the Illinois eye doctors association and see if they can get me in to one of the specialists. If not, I am going to an attorney and sue if I lose anymore of my eyesight. This is out of control for merely asking a doctor if he is going to be able to help me keep my eyesight! All they had to do was give me one of the specialists their website says they have or I should be told my eyes are too far gone. Either way, what they did is illegal! I purchased my glasses and when I went back to pick them up I was having trouble with the bifocal position. After trying them for a few weeks, I went back in and "Molly" assisted me with readjusting. She actually let me pick out a different frame that was a better fit for my bifocals. Finally when I received my glasses from "Gabby" they were perfect!!
