They will actually tell you they don't have the competent O.D. Doctors who can see a large volume of diabetic patients. I have tried to get a diabetic eye exam for the last two years with them always telling me they have zero open appointments or not enough qualified doctors to see me. The last doctor I saw is Nicole Jensen who is still there yet apparently is no longer readily qualified. Good luck. Bard Optical is going to be sued by a lot of patients.

I purchased my glasses and when I went back to pick them up I was having trouble with the bifocal position. After trying them for a few weeks, I went back in and "Molly" assisted me with readjusting. She actually let me pick out a different frame that was a better fit for my bifocals. Finally when I received my glasses from "Gabby" they were perfect!!
