I went to pick up my son's prescription and while i was there I decided to get a flu shot. The pharmacist and the pharmacy tech were very pleasant and greeted us upon arriving at the counter. Most pharmacies the typical interaction is with you and the cashier or pharmacy tech so to have the pharmacist provide me with the form i needed to complete prior to receiving my vaccine and interacting with my son was a pleasant change. The way the pharmacist interacted with the tech was the perfect example of team work. I'm not sure of the female pharmacist name or the male tech but I look forward to more positive interactions. It was very personable and I'm glad I transferred his prescriptions to this location.

Don't bother making an appointment for your vaccines. They have no concept of time except their…read moremeals and breaks. I am still sitting for my appointment 15 minutes beyond the actual appointment time and they haven't even gotten the vaccine out of the fridge but darned if one of the 2 cashiers didn't walk out on her break. This pharmacy has always stunk but it continues to get worse with each visit. Time to switch pharmacies!!!

I have been repeatedly treated as subhuman by these representatives over the phone. In person they are generally reasonable. Clearly they do not have the guts to talk to people in person the way they talk to them on the phone. One rep today as so rude and condescending toward me that I am now experiencing suicidal ideation.

When they do call back they are RUDE.It took 2 weeks to get my prescriptions away from this place - they do not allow you to do it yourself -I had to contact my doctors to call them in to a different pharmacy. I am now with an independent pharmacy and hope to never deal with BIG BOX pharmacies again
