Some of the customer service people in this Dover NH CVS are amongst the rudest people I have ever encountered in my half a century on this planet. I have been repeatedly treated as subhuman by these representatives over the phone. In person they are generally reasonable. Clearly they do not have the guts to talk to people in person the way they talk to them on the phone. One rep today as so rude and condescending toward me that I am now experiencing suicidal ideation. read more

THE WORST. This is Dover De store that my RITE AID sent my scripts to without my authority or permission. You CANNOT talk to a live person, you can only leave a voice mail and if you are LUCKY they might call you back. When they do call back they are RUDE.It took 2 weeks to get my prescriptions away from this place - they do not allow you to do it yourself -I had to contact my doctors to call them in to a different pharmacy. I am now with an independent pharmacy and hope to never deal with BIG BOX pharmacies again read more

Why do I keep giving this Pharmacy my money. The location is convenient and that is it! Drive thru NEVER open. Then you go in, and line is 10 people deep. And they don't even get them in and out, so people who come on their lunch breaks or what have you, are waiting so long . Like me they get frustrated and leave. Never enough staff.. read more

I can only comment on the pharmacy at this location, but I honestly believe the application form requires proof of poor customer service skills to apply. I wish I could say the horrid service you get here was a one off or just a certain individual but it's 100% consistently the worst service you'll get anywhere. Really too bad when you consider the service is for people who are there for important issues and could be already stressed or physically hurting. It's like salt in the wounds. My family & I stopped here for water & Red Bull, & my 2 children & boyfriend went inside while I waited in the car with our GSD. My children & bf used the bathroom while inside, & when I went inside to also use the bathroom I asked the counter person, which my boyfriend said I should do. I need a refill for a prescription. I went on my app for my refill service and requested a refill a week ago. I got a message that the prescription would be refilled both at the nearby store for pickup and through the mail order for delivery to my home. Not needing two 90 day supplies, I tried calling the service only to find there was no phone number listed. The only way they provided to contact them was a message service. So, I sent a message. I got an automated response saying the doctor had not responded to their request for a renewal of my mail order prescription, but I could pick up the prescription at my local pharmacy. I am disabled and cannot walk to the pharmacy right across the street and my only vehicle is in the shop. I don't understand why I can't get the prescription mailed to my home as the rest of my prescriptions have been for years if I can get it refilled for pickup! It is a prescription that I obviously have a refill for through CVS!! I tried to call CVS Caremark only to get a person that couldn't do anything to correct this problem. I then tried to call the pharmacy at my local store, but all I could get was a voicemail to leave a message. I would hate to call 911 because CVS can't be bothered to talk to its pharmacy customers. I hope this lack of medication will not make me sick or kill me while I wait to hear back from an actual person. So frustrated!!!! read more

I love cvs and their coupons that they send me. I also like their deals during Black Friday. Make sure to get a cvs card and scan each time you renter a cvs. There are usually coupons printed for you and sometimes is couple bucks off an item or percentage off your whole receipt. They also send weekly emails to you for coupons so make sure to add those to your card. The manager was very nice. Greeted me while I walked in here. I purchased an item using my coupon and the manufacturer coupon and that really brought down the price. Check out was a breeze and I was out there in no time. Really empty this morning and not much people. I guess everyone is doing their Black Friday shopping. read more

After Xmas, CVS was having sales on select items. Some locations had 80-90% off of holiday decorations. Some gift sets were 50% off. We stopped at a few locations to find things we didn't know we needed. The store was neatly arranged. The employees were nice about checking prices. read more

I am a dialysis patient and I need my medication on a daily basis. This particular store pharmacy never has the med ready to be picked and it stays in the in process stages for days on in. Also they do not fill prescriptions when the doctor calls then in a timely manner. read more

The sales assistant (I wish I got her name) on duty today (12/31/2018) morning at 11 N Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE ought to be commended! I was on vacation by myself and specifically came to Delaware from Atlanta, GA. I had a gout attack and I could barely put my weight on my foot. I struggled to get out of the rental car, hobbled in agony into the store. Just then, the sales assistant was stocking the shelves and she saw me. I asked if she could point me to where the crutches were shelved. Instead she said that she will bring it to me! There is an extremely rude and incompetent pharmacy employee who works here. Multiple terrible experiences of not having prescriptions on record, entering things incorrectly into the system, and rudeness. Other employees are great, but she is the worst. I stopped going here and now ask my doctor to send my family's prescriptions elsewhere. read more

I waited 30+ minutes on two different occasions to get to the pharmacy staff to transfer medications. Horrible. Don't bother with them.

I never had a problem here until yesterday 12/20/17 @ 2;30 pm,I stop by to refill my medication and there was an african-american female with bad actitude and not customer service skill at all,she wasnt friendly and when I asked a question she walked away,this is not macdonalds ,this is a pharmacy ,I wounder who hire her, if I come back to cvs and I have to deal with her again I will change pharmacy,the rest of the employees they are very friendly and professionals. read more
