I've visited at night only to deal with their young overnight staff and been ignored myself (along with others) as they flirt with their friends, ignored because the young girls were too busy texting and making phone calls and, although I curse, I've heard those employees use really foul language that I'd be embarrassed for any one of my employees to use. I've seen them give (and received myself) one word answers to questions and been blown off. The overnight customer service is abysmal, aside from one older gentleman who is very polite and professional. Their selection keeps dwindling and they are usually out of what I go in to buy. I don't ask for anything unusual but I often get "we didn't receive those this week..." to almost everything I've gone in to buy and almost every week. Other shops in Kerrville carry what I'm looking for but, it seems Vapor Maven won't carry those items, despite having the shelving marked with those item descriptions. They're almost always "out". I can understand maybe one bad employee or one short delivery but, these issues seem to be the rule rather than the exception. I've brought this to managements attention but, the problem still exists. I, for one, won't be giving them any more of my business.

I told him I don't like CBD and he says I probably got a bad product because of "science". I bought the product (not cheap). Got home and tried product for a week or so and it does not work for me. Went back in to exchange it for the product I originally wanted and the same guy was there and basically told me to pound sand. I asked him if he remembered pushing me to buy that product and he said he did, but didn't care. He said he didn't believe it didn't work for me because of "science". I told him he was gonna lose a customer and he didn't care. I told him this was terrible customer service and he actually laughed as me and my wife walked out. I have never been treated like this by a local business. I came home and ordered another product online and it was cheaper than the local shop anyways. CONS -There's five to seven brands of disposables and maximum 4-5 of each brand, that's on a good stock day. I've been in when there was less than 8 total in the store, a few low end and some of most expensive. The Pros - I gave 3 stars because the staff are always very friendly and are knowledgeable on all products. And I appreciate that Even though stock is limited the brands each are in several flavors, so it's not just one flavor of "Elf Bar" or one flavor "Escobar" etc. It's a convenient location, easy to see and find. The store is always immaculately clean and Odor free. I went to Boerne vapeshop a week ago and turned around 3 ft in due to the burning of many different Incense smells trying to cover cigarette smoking smell. It was horrible!!
