Another few minutes pass and she comes out and asks me to wait until after the 6pm. Which would be 45 min, it was currently 5:45. Needless to say I did not wait. I understand I was running late but why not reply to my text or call me back or be waiting for me to get there. Rita is good but this experience was not. I hope in the future she values her clients time as she wants us to value hers.

We both wore masks during the entire time we were in the room together, and everything was very clean. I felt safe in the room with her and my concerns about being in close proximity to her were immediately put to rest. That was very important to me because I'm being ultra careful right now due to COVID, and you can't really social distance when someone is waxing you, but I felt safe. I had some serious quarantine brows going on! Valerie reshaped them for me and we created a plan together on how we were going to continue shaping them in future visits. I had gone in with a groupon for an hour massage and was given at MOST a 40 minute massage and that is including us both getting dressed and paying. I was in town for a wedding and saw this shop full of spa related services. I needed a brow tint…read moreand a chin waxing. I have extremely sensitive skin and am particular when it comes to the products that touch my face. KJ assured me that she uses products for sensitive skin. She talked me through every step including the part of when it would hurt to wax my chin. Due to sensitive skin, she had to use this tool on me that looks like an electronic shocker. I was terrified. She assured me it wouldn't hurt and it was necessary to avoid getting bumps on my sensitive skin which would not be good for the wedding. It worked. She dyed my eyebrows and removed my chin hairs. I did not get any bumps because of the "caddle prod" thing she used and all of the oils. I really appreciated her time to ease my concerns and listen to them. I did not feel rushed at all. for my chapped lips, she gave me a sugar scrub. I really appreciated finding her at the last minutes especially over a holiday weekend.
