We were never given a contract to review or sign. After giving them our deposit which we were rushed to do so they could the installation we never received a confirmation call. Expecting the company to show up on the date we agreed on no one showed or called. (Lost a day of work). After contacting the company we had to choose another date which again no show no call. After going back and forth with company I finally asked for a refund. It was at this time they decided to show us the contract where it says no refunds. Now the company is refusing to even install the products I have already paid for or return my money. We have never meant with any person from this company and they do not respond to phone calls everything is through text messages. Very impersonal and unprofessional.
