He was rude, insulted my integrity as a legal assistant with great knowledge of my conditions.. He did not ask to see my scar to examine any current conditions, but rather to prove I had had those SMAS surgeries.. Then he commenced to argue with me that the surgeon ever e even existed.. Still I have the MALS getting worse and causing severe emergency room attacks.. By the grace of God I was sent to a real vascular surgeon Dr. Michael Do.. I was in horrible pain and called several dentists, who listed emergency appointments on their website. Dr. Dunavant Jr DDS called me the next morning. I had gone to Walmart and bought a tool to remove the piece which was wedged, hydrogen peroxide, and Oral gel with an antibiotic, which took care of the pain and swollen gums. He was so nice and compassionate on the phone, and although it was New Year's Eve, he told me to call if I had any further problems. If I lived nearby, I would certainly want to go to him.

He was never rough and he did the things to make shots not painful. His work areas were clean and clutter free and he actively monitored all that. He is competent, skilled, sharp, reasonable, and he's undistracted. I called him after-hours once and he was there for me, answered fast, "easy stuff" he said. He gave me a very nice, thick blanket in the chair that I appreciated. He heard my questions, investigated, considered and discussed things with me. He's a very smart fellow, yet he didn't seem to mind explaining, or repeating. He did not allow his staff to stand behind me and speak to him while we were talking. He was fair with his billing also seemed to be personally involved because adjustments were made after my visit and I didn't have to chase a correction. Each of the surgeries I had with him were successful, they were easy for me, I was comfortable, healed fast and am happy with the outcome of each. I broke a tooth they saw me the same day in the AM and the Dr was able to save my tooth, I was totally comfortable and everyone was so kind as they knew I was scared. The dental hygienist I saw was knowledgeable and kind. She explained the whole process before doing anything . I do not feel that there was any "extra charges" which I have experienced at almost every dentist in the past. I honestly feel this was one of the most affordable providers I have seen and not once did I feel like I was taken advantage of or someone was trying to "up Charge" me, honestly very much the opposite! My husband also received care here and felt the same... I have to have some additional work to be done and honestly I feel no fear moving forward... I am honestly so appreciative! Thankfully it only ended up being just a bad case of soar throat. The staff was very pleasant and the doctor was very knowledgeable. The nurse was very attentive and kind and if it was the fact I was in so much pain I would have remembered their names to write in this review. Props to the emergency room next door as well. The GPS led us there first and they new exactly where to point us to get to the urgent care. (They call it priority care FYI) Overall a great visit and would recommend if you have something urgent you need looked at. Especially if your doctors appointment is going to be a few days away or longer. They will take care of you and be honest with you. Kudos again for helping us find the cheapest pharmacy to get the antibiotics we needed. 11/10 would get sick again.

What a day! All the doctors in a building to make it easy except they don't talk nor understand…read morethat working people have jobs and can't keep coming back day after day for one thing at a time in a medical building ACTOSS TOWN. The radiology department refused to do my mri of my wrist. They were absolutely rude about it. I was given the paperwork from rheumatology at 2:00. They wanted to call me and make an appointment at at later time bc they were "booked." There was only one person in the waiting room. I was there from 10:30-3:00 for appointments and asked to please get my MRI today so I didn't have to drive back. Rhematology told me to go down there (I was told they could do walk ins), but they refused me when they didn't have to.... There was no one in the office. They just didn't want to take a patient. They figure they make the same hourly wage regardless how they treat people and regardless if they help people. This MCC made prob 5k on my from my insurance today, but they couldn't help me. The lady up front was incredibly rude about it. An older lady, heavy set, with grey long hair and a stormy disposition. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said she was in charge herself. She would email Kaitlyn maze. What a way to treat your patients. Not a place I'll be getting any MRIs done at. My insurance money can go elsewhere. Called and let them know how their employees were treating their patients.
