My friend told me about Dr Dean. I did not have an appointment but Stephen at the office heard me crying on the phone and told me to just come on in. So from mobile Al to Pensacola i went. I was sobbing in the waiting room and a nice male nurse offered me water and said " i dont know whats wrong with you but we'll get you better " and then gave me a warm, comforting hug. Dr. Dean listened to my whole horrid story and went over all the perscription drugs I'd been given and gave a yes to this one and a no to that one. He advised me about mastic gum supplement and printed me out a research paper on how ot kills h palori bacteria. He gave me solutions for the gastritis and the ear infection i have and told me I'll feel better in a week. He is amazing and so knowledgeable. His staff are incredibly kind and compassionate and really go above and beyond the call of duty in comforting their patients! As i was in the waiting room i over heard every patient who was checking out after their visit, tell the staff how much better they feel and what a great job they're doing. I love that Dr Dean is a license medical physician and yet doesnt push big pharma down our throats for everything under the sun like typical western doctors. I will now only see Dr Dean and so will each of my family members. He and his staff is what medicine is supposed to be! Since the erra of covid and those stupid jabs, and my issues caused by an antibiotic for a simple ear infection, i have lost all trust and faith in our medical community. Next, and the most concerning, the doctor was not wearing gloves and stuck their finger in my child's mouth to check her latch. I wish I asked her to wear gloves if she was going to do that, but it was too late. I never knew doctors not to wear gloves when examining. While with us, she touched the door knob, which is a (potentially) highly contaminated area. The room we were in did not have a sink so how am I to know she even washed her hands at all before this? I debated reviewing this place, but I decided to, in hopes that it will prepare future parents and caregivers to make sure their doctors wear gloves, especially if they're putting a finger in a newborn baby's mouth.

I was in horrible pain and called several dentists, who listed emergency appointments on their website. Dr. Dunavant Jr DDS called me the next morning. I had gone to Walmart and bought a tool to remove the piece which was wedged, hydrogen peroxide, and Oral gel with an antibiotic, which took care of the pain and swollen gums. The dental hygienist I saw was knowledgeable and kind. She explained the whole process before doing anything . I do not feel that there was any "extra charges" which I have experienced at almost every dentist in the past. I honestly feel this was one of the most affordable providers I have seen and not once did I feel like I was taken advantage of or someone was trying to "up Charge" me, honestly very much the opposite!
