She said she would have a plan within 2 to 3 weeks. None of our concerns made it into the design plan she rendered 6 weeks later after prompting by us. But she pressed for payment immediately ($400) which we paid to get the plant list because she emailed that she "wanted to finalize the plan ASAP." But then, we got an email saying she would get our list to us as soon as possible. Get the picture? It's nearly the end of June and we have missed the real planting season. To top it off, the area we needed help was is very very shady and the design we received had many flowering shrubs that likely won't thrive in so much shade. Bottom line is that she creates designs with quick cut and paste photoshop kind of deal without much thought (at least none she could explain via our email questions.) We just gave up and are walking away and will try to improve the shady spot on our own. Wasted money. It would not surprise me if the owner answers this review with lots of excuses and a big defense. Don't buy it.
