Consumer Warning Regarding Prime Irrigation…read more I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before hiring this company. We signed a written agreement for lawn care services and paid in advance. The agreed-upon services were not completed. After discussing the issue, the owner acknowledged the situation and agreed to refund us $550. Despite that agreement, the refund has not been paid. We have made multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly and have been given refund dates that have come and gone without payment. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in an effort to reach a resolution, but we are still waiting for either the promised refund or a concrete payment plan. What concerns me most is that while this issue remains unresolved, we have been blocked by the business, and the company appears to continue taking on new customers and projects. I am not sharing this to be vindictive--I am sharing it because if I had known beforehand that I might have to spend this much time and effort trying to recover money that was acknowledged as owed to me, I would have made a different decision. If the refund is paid and the matter is resolved, I will update this post accordingly. As of today, however, we have not received the $550 refund that was agreed upon. Adna was able to design and install a wall that exceeded our expectations, and allowed us to utilize all of our space. They were able to complete all the work with little peripheral damage, and were clean and courteous with the neighborhood despite the intrusive nature of the project. The entire project was completed exactly on the estimated budget, and within the exact projected time. All of this even with a few add-ons to the project! Now that all is complete we are receiving tons of compliments on the finished product and how it's helped the overall look of the neighborhood! I can't recommend Adna and his team enough for projects like this!

You get what you pay for…read more Ryan has been amazing. We actually had our landscaping overhauled last summer and everything has come up beautifully. There are a few things that struggled after the harsh winter, but Nature's Way contacted US to get them replaced this year. The team was quick and efficient and the whole process was very easy. The blue print and ideas they presented were perfectly suited to what we were looking for and we still can't believe what a difference the investment in professional landscaping has done for our curb appeal. We were reluctant to spend what we did on landscaping, but having worked with Nature's Way over the past year, it was worth EVERY penny. They're wonderful. Highly, highly recommend.
