Instead being 2 days without internet, it ended up being 8 days because they were just too darn busy to honor the appointment (I found another provider who worked with integrity). The owners are the epitome of rude and unprofessional. How they think they will be successful in a small community and trash their customers the way they did is beyond me. They both need to take a class on customer service and read up on how to work with integrity. Obviously, they do not work for referrals. Find another provider and avoid calling them.

While I was getting it fixed they let me rent one of the cameras that they have so that I wasn't slowed down to get on the mountain. The prices for rentals are very reasonable and they walked me through it so that I could get the best shots. They even offered to put together a movie for me with the video stuff I got.
