I ordered margaritas at the bar which were very well made and strong. The only thing that really ruined the experience was seeing a roach in the VIP section. I know these things are difficult to control since the location is very close to the train but it did ruin the experience either way. The music was pretty good, had a variety of different genres. I would come here again to maybe have a drink at the bar but not for their VIP.

It came with two mini fried arepa cakes. Overall this item was fatty and the skin was not as crispy as expected. The tostoncitos with steak was 3 pieces for $20. This appetizer tasted great. Guacamole was smooth, and the steak pieces were well seasoned and cooked. Service was mediocre. The waitress came to take our order/provide water but that was pretty much it so 18% mandatory gratuity is a disappointment as there was nothing that warranted that during our visit. It looks like a potential spot for a date/pre-game night as they serve alcohol including mixed drinks for $16 and bottle service type drinks for table (ie: patron reposado for $200, aquardiente azul $200, and buchanans $200, etc). They do have a lunch menu Monday to Friday from 12-330pm that comes with 3 sides and an entree for $15. It seems promising, but I'm not sure I will be back. They also have Happy hour specials everyday, but we were not told of any when we sat down. Overall, I will probably not come back again. Credit to the service, two waitresses went above and beyond their duty to made sure I had a satisfactory time at their Restaurant and I will always give credit where it's due to the wait staff doing a solid job. Even though I'm giving this place a 5 star rating, there were two small grievances. I did have to wait for some time for my food to get to my plate, like an almost 15 minute wait, but for what it's worth, the food was solid. The other one, which was a small annoyance was that the empanadas I ordered along with the Pollo A La Brasa were forgotten and if I hadn't brought that to the waitresses attention, I would've went without my appetizers. They did make it up by giving me a complimentary margarita. I do appreciate the gesture, but I'm not a strong drinker, I'm a lightweight and after one sip of that, it was powerful enough to almost knock me out. I tried to endure it but I only finished half of that before giving up. Despite that, just the show of them caring for the customer is enough for me to know that they value their patrons here. We were also served salads to start. What stands out a lot is the amazing service here. They are so polite, friendly, patient and helpful. The restaurant definitely seemed staffed properly which I suppose was a good thing because as the night progressed, the place filled up (for a Thursday night). My friends had the salmon and the Chicken Franchise. I took off just one star because they ended up charging my friends twice (but rectified the mistake), hopefully her funds will sort out. They also charge extra if you want to make any side substitutions... which isn't kind of crappy. The place is also beautifully decorated and spacious. Will def be back very soon!
