    Chicken Flautas (3)

Las Margaritas: A Flavorful Fiesta in FlushingLas Margaritas: A Flavorful Fiesta in Flushing If you're looking to escape the ordinary and embark on a culinary adventure, Las Margaritas in Flushing is your destination. This hidden gem offers an authentic Mexican dining experience that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving more. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Las Margaritas with my cousin, and we were both blown away by the quality of the food. We arrived at a perfect time, as the restaurant started to fill up right after we were seated. It was clear that Las Margaritas is a popular spot among locals and tourists alike. Before our meals arrived, we were treated to a complimentary basket of fresh chips and salsa. The chips were perfectly crispy, and the salsa had a nice kick of spice that complemented the tanginess of the chips. It was the perfect appetizer to whet our appetites. I ordered the chicken flautas, and they were hands-down the best I've ever had. The flautas were crispy on the outside and filled to the brim with juicy chicken, melted cheese, and authentic white queso and parmesan. It was a flavor explosion in every bite. To complement my meal, I couldn't resist trying one of their signature margaritas. It was perfectly balanced, not too sweet and not too sour, with a hint of citrus that added a refreshing touch. I was tempted to order more, but unfortunately, my lightweight status prevented me from indulging further. My cousin, who had already eaten, opted for a drink that I didn't even bother to remember. I was too busy trying to decide what to order from their extensive menu, which offered a wide variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages. I'm a big fan of Sex on the Beach, but I couldn't resist trying their signature margarita, and I'm glad I did. While I may not have known exactly where we were, my cousin's local knowledge led us to this hidden gem. Las Margaritas is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates delicious Mexican food, great drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere. You won't be disappointed! Come experience the fiesta at Las Margaritas and discover a new culinary favorite. I will come back again, for sure. Empanadas, enchiladas combo one steak, chicken and cheese, delicious beans with rice

My first time ordering from and tasting the food from Las Margaritas. I ordered empanadas and the enchiladas (one each chicken, savory grilled steak and cheese). It came with a side of rice and delicious beans. I asked for the sauces on the side and they put them in small coffee type cups secured with tape and labeled. The food was fresh, delivered with care and overall a very tasty delivered meal. I really look forward to going to eat at the restaurant.

Food is very good. They also have beers, drinks, and cocktails. It's conveniently located in Ridgewood Cons: it's pricey for this part of town. Entrees start at $25-$30. Beers are affordable but the cocktails are close to $20. Unless you are getting an burrito and a couple of beers, a bill for dinner for two will set you back $125 with main course entrees.

Service was good and so was the food. I had a frozen mango margarita that was too big to finish. My daughter had a burger and fries that she loved. The burger was big and cooked well. The only thing that I wouldn't order again are the rice and beans. The beans tasted good, but the rice was dry and didn't have much flavor. I would go back again.

Me and my wife sat on the patio ( 81 outside w/ very low humidity) the out door seating area was nicely shaded and the service was speedy. Not to mention our server ( who's name I can't remember) was very interpretive w/ our needs. ( it was almost telepathic) I see that there are quite a few " Las Margaritas " and if they are of any connections this one is by far the best one. I ordered 3 tacos ;2 Al pastor & 1 lengua. The flavor in the pastor was 10/10. My only critique is that I prefer the more traditional style pastor which usually there are pineapples but like I said flavor was still amazing and tender. The lengua was perfectly cooked and seasoned. For you non Spanish speakers lengua is cow tongue and say what you want but it's fire! My wife had the mojarra which is fried fish. 10/10 We also had a michelada w/Modelo and a Victoria 10/10 on the chilled mug.

I am a loyal customer here! Las margaritas is my Togo place when we want to eat something quick and don't feel like cooking but also if we want to go with our kids we feel comfortable taking them there since the ambiance family friendly. The drinks are delicious and strong, frozen margaritas are my favorite ones. My husband always orders the cemita Milanesa de res and it never disappoints.

ZERO STARS !! I'm vegan !!! I asked for nachos with no meat or cheese just vegetables! What is so hard about that !! When my plate came out there was melted cheese all over !! I send it back without getting upset. Thinking they would start from scratch and make it over. NO THEY DID NOT! put the cheesy veggies right back on the nachos and covered it with lettuce as if I wouldn't notice !!!!! Are you crazy!!! I could have gotten sick !!! THAT IS WHEN I GOT UPSET! Told the waitress who was so apologetic, paid my one Margarita I drank and left !!! I wanted to talk to the owner but he wasn't in at the moment. Terrible!! Never coming here again !!

I was in a big rush when I came here. My dining experience from walking in to leaving is maybe 15mins in total. I ordered 2 Tacos, told the waitress that I am in a rush, and she managed to get my food very quickly for me. The Tacos were delicious. I love the guacamole, lime, and their green sauce on the side. The chicken and spicy pork tacos were amazing! I would definitely come back if I have more time to dine in the future.

*4.5/5 Nice vibes, affordable prices, delinchus food. Chips and salsa come w the meal. Chorizo torta - could've stretched into two meals but I guess I went ham that night. Chorizo kinda salty but overall incredibly delicious. This would be prime drunk food and prime hangover food at the same time.

Las Margaritas is right on Fresh Pond Road and the area gets pretty busy since the subway is right by and street parking can be hard to find. They have indoor seating and a shed for outdoor seating. Their menu has a ton of pictures, but they don't list the prices of their drinks which is annoying. The best part of Las Margaritas is their drinks and food are all huge portions for reasonable prices. They also serve complementary tortilla chips with salsa. I got the Lengua Tortas (Beef Tongue Sandwich) (~$9) and I think it's the best sandwich. All the ingredients complimented each other and and the beef tongue wasn't too gamey. Unfortunately, the wait time for our drinks and food was ridiculously long. Our drinks came out first and by the time we got our food, we finished all our drinks and waited for over an hour. Although the waitress did apologize for taking so long, my friends and I were pretty hangry by the end of it. TLDR: Affordable drinks and food with large portions, but the wait time for our everything took way too long.

This photo actually shows how they served their food and this is how the place looks

The chips were warm, the guacamole was creamy with a hint of spice. There was three distinct salsa, one green, two red. One red was super spicy. The horchata was frothy, nicely spiced, and just a little sweet. The tacos were really good. I had the fish, birria, and the surf n turf (shrimp and steak). The fish tasted fresh. The shrimp was bouncy and the steak was flavorful. The birria taco was one of the best birria taco I've had outside of San Diego. My daughter had the chicken quesadilla. She said it was very cheesy. For dessert we had their churros. It was freshly made. The filling tasted slightly like coffee and was molten hot. Around 6:30pm, it was easy for the four of us to snag a table in the back, near the back patio, but there is some seating in the front part of the restaurant as well. I ordered one of their mezcal cocktails with a Tajín rim (El Amante) which was yummy then we started with an order of chips and salsa, chips and guacamole and esquites. The esquites was fantastic, but we wished the guac was larger and came with more chips. For my entree, I ordered a tripa taco and a cecina taco. I cannot decide between a favorite because they were both so good. The tripa was crispy and tender in all the right places. I was worried about the cecina taco being too salty but that wasn't the case, it was perfection. We all appreciated how they served each taco with double corn tortillas, so they held up well. And of course, we couldn't leave without trying the churros. They were just the right size 2 people to share in my opinion but we were all pretty satisfied by then so we were ok splitting 4 ways. Our waiter was really funny and checked up on us regularly. The music here was also great (a lot of Bad Bunny), and the decor was on point. Good food and a great atmosphere!
