The pambazo was a joke!! all bread, and mostly potatoes, very little chorizo and the chorizo was burnt. Huge disappointment! I came here for the first time, and the food was average. However, the service needs improvement. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend stopping here. When I dined in, the place was empty, but the food took a long time to arrive. I can't imagine how it would be when it's busy. We didn't have enough forks at our table, and there was only one waiter who seemed overwhelmed. I assume the owner, a lady, was just standing behind the counter, but playing with her hair there didn't create a good impression in a restaurant. Authentic Mexican dishes/flavor. That is all you need to know. (But if you MUST know) My colleagues are always asking me where they could find "real" Mexican cuisine and I never had the answer. No restaurant has ever served me a dish that tasted homemade, until now. Man was I blown away by the flavor in their chilaquiles. I mean the salsa was actually spicy, the tortilla chips were crispy, and the chorizo was just the cherry on top. Soooo yummy. I also appreciated that their beans didn't taste like they were out of a can. Very flavorful. They definitely don't hold back on the sour cream and queso that they too it off with. Can't give it zero stars but I will give a WARNING! Went with my girlfriend one afternoon and ordered two tortas, before getting my meal I always make sure to see if the restroom is clean. Something I picked up from late Anthony Bourdain. I noticed that their sink was broken in their only restroom but assumed that it was one that just happened. A few hours later I was contaminated by Salmonella and was sick for over a week. They were clearly not washing their hands and staff looked very sweaty. Went for lunch ...big mistake and won't be going back. Waiter just did not care ,took order,asked for water that took about 10 minutes,forget the fact that eye contact avoided at any possible moment that you might need something...the tacos i specifically ordered without onions ,had two types onions,grilled and in pico.No apology, he could not have cared less. My Boyfriend and I came here one day to have breakfast. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The waiters were so polite and on top of their guests. making sure we had a full cup of coffee. Speaking of the Coffee if you do find yourself here please order the café de la Olla, no need for any added sugar or cream, YES IT IS THAT GOOD! The Menu has all the best selections as a Mexican woman I knew most of the dishes but I have come to find that nothing will ever beat my mother's Mexican dishes. However, this place is the closest to my mothers cooking! I ordered the Chilaquiles with chorizo and beans. I had 2 beautifully cooked sunny side up eggs. The best part was all the cheese and salsa they added to it. MY FAVORITE! My boyfriend had the huevos racheros with chorizo and that was also a very delicious dish. I will warn you though if you get the chilaquiles please come with an empty stomach as the portion was huge and not to mention the salsa was spicy so be careful not to add more salsa like I did lol (I was too confident with that I know) In all I had a very full belly with yummy food and 3 cups of coffee! Noticed this place because I visit Fatima's grill next door, I yelped it and based on the reviews I was intrigued to give it a try. I had a michelada, very basic. They serve you chips and salsa, the chips were very stale. I ordered the chicharron with guacamole as an appetizer, it was legit tomato, tons of onion, and a tiny bit of avocado. However, I ordered the enchiladas with chicken and cheese, topped with chorizo. It was delicious! It seems they are known for their chilaquiles and sauces in these dishes. It's yummy spicy, maybe too spicy for most but for someone like me who loves spicy it was perfect. I will definitely come back to try any dish that has this sauce on/in it. Had a machaca and eggs breakfast. Some of the pieces of the desebrada were overcooked and a bit hard. But the flavor was fantastic. My friend had the rancheros puercos which was eggs over fried tortillas with chicharron in sauce with beans. She thought it was great and ate the whole thing. Parking lot is fairly large. Place was clean. The waitress was lovely and took great care of us. Prices are comparable. They make most dishes to order so it may be a bit of a wait. Overall solid place. read more

It was just my husband and I and our food took 35 mins to come out, when the table of 5 who came after us received all their food before us. Then our waiter never came to check on us after we were done so my husband got up to ask for the check and pay, and he had to stand there waiting another 10 mins because the lady behind the counter was having a conversation with two men and wouldn't even acknowledge my husband. TERRIBLE. We were a party of 6 people that came into the restaurant, and right off the bat, they told us that it was it was going to be a 25 minute wait. We decided to sit and wait. It took them 15 minutes to get us water and chips. After 30 minutes (and reminding them 2 times that we needed more water and chips) they finally took our order. We waited in total OVER AN HOUR, and they're not coming by or asking us if we need anything. We finally decided to get up and leave. The Manager named Hector, a young man who was assisting some of the customers, not us, only apologized, and said, "sorry, we were busy" even though they only had 3 other families in there. THEN THE MANAGER HECTOR HAS THE AUDACITY, to come outside, to the car, and tried to charge our drinks. That was the biggest spit to the face.
