Jeff and his staff are unbelievable! When I purchased a car and needed storage until I could pick it up. Not only were they willing to take delivery of the car, they were willing to let me send a car cover to the office and they put it on the car for me. As if that wasn't nice enough, when I came to pick up the car, the battery was dead (not unexpected). While they weren't obligated to help me in any way, the manager not only helped me jump start it with his truck, but also called a relative to come help in case we couldn't get it started. I was in Waukesha and it happened to be snowing - not what I needed. Jeff and Bill were great! Jeff worked with me to get the right sized unit and even made accommodations should I need something bigger. When I came back later to load the unit, Bill had cleared the snow from in front of the locker! The unit was clean and dry and I am sure my stuff will be well protected.
