She was very friendly and she took her time - I did not feel rushed at all. I also had to take my toddler with me because the sitter canceled at the last minute - he is pretty well-behaved and was in the stroller the whole time and we didn't have any issues, which I very much appreciate. The front desk staff is also very friendly and easy to work with. I can't speak to any of the other services (i.e. general dermatology, surgical dermatology, or cosmetic), but I can definitely recommend them for the full-body skin check. And don't forget to wear sunscreen and re-apply!

I usually say that right away in case there is someone that can handle that really well. Unfortunately, I was poked 3 times before the IV stuck around the ventricle. My partner also had problems with his IV where it wasn't flowing in but getting to his muscle instead. Luckily the IV veteran we were with noticed how strange he wasn't flowing. His forearm got tense and it started swelling up like Popeye the cartoon literally. When they fixed it, the fluid was flowing so fast. For me, going through both bags took about an 45 minutes to go through. I didn't feel the effects immediately, but after the weekend of festivities, I will say I didn't feel as groggy as I have in the past!

Being greeted by reception, being offered water while I waited, the staff in uniform, having a mini assessment and conversation of what I was about to experience and a mini intro of other services offered, being seated in a private area instead of out in the open where I could hear the staff eating and chewing, and most importantly actual whitening results.
