Beware of This Office's Shady Practices…read more I am extremely disappointed with the way this office handles patient deposits and customer service. I was scheduled for surgery and came in two weeks prior to sign the required paperwork, which included a policy stating cancellations must be made within a month to get a refund. The very next day, my insurance denied coverage, and I found out I would need to pay $12,000 out of pocket for the procedure. I immediately called the office to cancel the surgery, thinking the timing and circumstances would be understood. Despite the fact that this was less than 24 hours after learning about the insurance denial and well before the surgery date, the office refused to return my deposit. I still had my lap band removal done on the scheduled day but couldn't proceed with the sleeve surgery due to the financial burden. The lack of flexibility and empathy from this office is appalling. They are quick to take your money but unwilling to work with you in good faith when unexpected circumstances arise. I feel taken advantage of and would caution anyone considering this office to be very wary of their policies and how they treat their patients. Save yourself the stress and find a medical provider who actually cares about their patients, not just their bottom line.

If people would learn to speak to workers with respect and and listen to direction and BE ON TIME when they are told to be there, there wouldn't be all these negative reviews. They must have lost it. Appointment was for 8 am, I have proof. They had me down for 9 am. While I was waiting an hour, the girl took my blood pressure and it was perfect. Im on medication. She said they need a chest x-ray because of high blood pressure and the next visit I need a bone density. I have never had a broken bone, fracture or sprain. I have never had chest pains. The doctor hadn't given me the physical yet or even ordered blood tests yet. That's what this appointment was for. The other reviews said. These owners like to pad the bill. How can you order these without ever giving me a physical or a blood test? Bone density test is for over 70. I'm 66. My wife used them and they double charged her for an office visit. She was already there for 2 hours for a first time office visit. She needs a refill on her weight loss medication. They told her the insurance companies no longer pay for that. Yes they do. Shes been on it for two years! Wouldn't you know they have a weight loss program there that they can bill the insurance company for. She did make a second appointment for a physical and just paid the double office visit to deal with it later. She'd already been there for 2 hours. I stayed until my appointment time at 9, went to the counter, canceled my wifes appointment after she texted me to do so when i told her what was going on. I told them to read their reviews, and that i wish i had. These people are incompetent charlatans. Dont read the 5 star. Read the 1 star. Now its back to Zocdoc to find a real clinic I hope. Wouldnt you think that someone from there would have called me after i stormed out? NOT! They lost 2 customers but they dont care. They'll make it up, they seem to be good at making money.​
