They changed my pick up date twice and cancelled day of and claimed they could do that. Final delivery is the same run around it's like they try to hold your items additional months to make you pay. I just want my items back! Also they can't find an item (whole box spring) so that's that. Would rate a zero but it doesn't allow that. Please read my review and understand...go somewhere else!     PLEASE LISTEN TO MY REVIEW:…read more I have been a customer since 2019, before another company purchased this company. This go round, I put my belongings in storage in November of 2024. My billing date was the 16th of the month although I always paid on the 1st of the month. In February of 2025, a representative told me that I could change my due date to the first after I pay the late fees for February. I told the representative that no one informed me of this action, so I informed the representative after I pay what I owe on the 1st of March, please change my due date. April 1st came and I was charged a late fee again. I spike to a supervisor on April 15th and he told me that due to my troubles on getting the due date changed, my next due date would be June 1st for my regular price of $234. So May 1st came and I happen to go grocery shopping and found out I had no funds in my account due to a charge of $351 on May 1st from Clutter. I immediately filed a Better Business Bureau complaint, in which they failed to respond to according to the BBB. Everyday, since May 1st, I have contacted Clutter via chat and phone and have been told a "supervisor" "leadership team" and "management" would attend to my issue that should have been resolved with the supervisor I spoke to on April 15th, but I keep getting the run around. Representatives keep telling me my issue has been escalated and someone would respond in 24-48 hours. This morning, I spoke to a gentleman and he told me he had to "investigate" my issue and would call me back in an hour. Several hours has passed and no one has called me back about my money being stolen out of my account. I really believe that Clutter is taking advantage of me for no reason that I conclude at this time. I plan to remove my belongings from this company as soon as possible due to the blatant lies that I have been told since February of 2025. If you need your belongings stored for any amount of time, I suggest you find another company because this company is continues to do bad business with me. I really disagree with the fact that this company continues to lie every time I bring up one simple issue. Since Clutter refused to respond to the BBB, I am leaving a review here as well as other agencies until I receive the proper treatment, which is the basic customer service that everyone should receive when they are getting paid each month. Thank you all for listening and I hope you all find a storage company that is decent because Clutter is no longer a trustworthy company that I started with in 2019. I will not be taking this review down as Clutter has requested of me in the recent past to "save" their repretation. Have a blessed day world.

In fact this was my first time ever utilizing a storage unit -- which I had to as I…read morewas renovating my house and emptied our garage in preparation of new epoxy and cabinets. Booking was easy! I did everything virtually online, including the selection (size of unit), insurance, and even my move in date! I ended up having to go to the office for a lock since a standard lock would not work - this was acquired for a reasonable rate. My total duration was under two months, and when it came to moving out, it was a breeze, the gentlemen assisted with inspection and vacating of u nit which ensured that I'd no longer be billed. There's operation hours (for access) and accessible gates for entrance and exit with a code. Did I forget to mention the online portal allows for you to pay (autopay) your unit, including cancellation when you're ready!? Yes it does :) Definitely a great first time experience. Would recommend for anyone else who hasn't rented but is interested - your stuff is safe here!

When I realized 6pm was too early of a close time, I realized I had made a mistake and needed a transfer to the next nearby location that closed at 9pm. He told me he could help me finish my registration and transfer me after. I was never transferred, they just added a second unit at the second location. Now stuck with 2 units that I haven't even moved into yet. When I went to discuss with the first location in person on move in day, no one was on site and the unit had a manager lock on it, so I couldn't move in even if I wanted to. I waited about 30 minutes and no one ever showed up. I called and spoke with their 24/7 CS team, they told me I would get a call back from the property manager. Still haven't heard anything. I've worked with Public storage in other cities and have had great experiences, but this one is by far the worst and most inconvenient.
